    Thanks broski

Unfortunately my max bench is still unknown, but I wouldn't guess much over 230... Gotta get that up. Such long arms kill me... Might max on bench next week. Gotta see if I make that #1,000 lift club!

I'm trying to get all my lifts up this year. My 3 lifts are at 1065 right now, but my 2015 goal is 1200. Tough to work on that while cutting though lol

Can happen even when not lifting but just any kind of exercise. I have been doing treadmill since June. I started weights in July. 3 weeks in I hit the wall at 210 pounds and couldn't lose anything, gained 5 back in 6 weeks. During that time I lost 3-4 notches on my belt.

Is it wrong for a man to like compression tights so much, they are so fucking comfy, it's not fair only chicks get to wear them outside.

No! I am wearing mine under my jeans right now.

I got some from coovy. Not a fan of the fancy stitching but for $30 I gave them a try and I'll be ordering more from them.

Also, just made fifteen breakfast burritos. Eggs, chorizo, bacon, cheese, just enough siracha for some spice and a single line of ketchup to sweeten it up. No more going hungry because I ran out of time or paying $5+ for a crappier burrito.

PR'd my OH squat by 30# tonight. 225#. Way better form. Last time my elbows weren't locked and when I got into the bucket I couldn't keep the weight up.

This weekend was not good for my diet. Yesterday, I ate a steak and cheese quesadilla for lunch and fried flounder for dinner :anonymous:

My legs are still sore from Friday's workout, so I'm gonna wait and do them tomorrow

Seems like you ate some good gains!

Been using cell tech for a week. Not sure if I like it. It really dehydrates me
