Any ideas why the inside of my left arm hurts when I do curls with a curl bar?

My right forearm is fine and it's a very specific spot that hurts probably 4 inches below my wrist...

Can you press on the spot that hurts and like massage it and it feels better?

I take creatine year round, personaly i belive theres no reason to not be on it unless you want to look a little leaner, it does retain extra water in your cells which is why ull gain weight but its water weight.

All BCAAs are is already broken down protiens. When u eat protien your body has to turn it into bcaas then build it back into protiens. Its good during workouts if your gona be working out a long time or dont have any food in you, and after workouts can help with recovery just like protien only difference than protien is its gona digest alot faster.

One that alot of people dont use is beta alanine, i cycle that all year just like creatine and i find its more benifical...if you can handle the tweaker itches that is

Where, below would be toward your hand? Is it on the flexor or extensor side? If its on the same side as your palm...about 2 inches below the inside of your elbow theres a muscle in there called the pronator teres that tightens up on alot of people. Could be tendonitis some people get "forearm splints" just like runners get shin splints

Get a weighted barbell and hold it like you're going to curl it. Let the bar roll down to your finger tips and hang. That should help to stretch it out a little.

It doesn't really ache, it just hurts when I'm doing the actual curl and when I release the bar. It gets somewhat tender afterwards and if I rest my arm down I get a bit of pain on that spot.

That sounds like it might be it.

Do you find yourself death gripping the bar when u do curls? Tendonitis is usualy only gona hurt under load. If its a locked up muscle itll hurt to "touch" your gona need to rip into it with ur thumb or a lacross ball or something...youll know because it wont feel right and its gona make you wana cry

    The better coast
That where all your finger muscles start. Could have strained one trying to grip something.

Woke up for the gym as usual and there was so many people that every machine was filled. I hate the start of the semester. Going to try again around 2 and hope I can do something. I'll just run Ash in the mornings.

Did a 70 minute workout from hell yesterday with my trainer, thought I was gonna die 40 minutes in, she had lots of cardio with strength training and I didn't have my breathing down.
Still sore from it tonight, but I decided to start the C25K training on my "Off days" so I'll be working out almost daily with either cardio or strength.

Did week 3 day 2 today. I could honestly skip a week but I'd rather just continue to follow the whole program
