Exactly. I hold it for a split second when all the up while twisting my wrist fwd a tad. It's been working great.

Also, slow controlled cable side lateral raises. For me the slower the better. I love the burn.

BTW, weighed in at 190lbs today. Can't seem to lose the lower belly fat. Sean, what's the trick??

Hmmm, just read about HIIT. Would have to change up my routine. How's this look?

    Mon-Chest/Tris
    Tues-HIIT
    Wed-Back/Bi's
    Thurs-HIIT
    Fri-Shoulders/Legs

I've never done Fasted HIIT. I've done Tabata once which was pretty brutal and not into the whole crossfit thing.

I was thinking about supersetting more excersises as well.

I can lift all 7 days. But the Mrs. likes to spend quality time on the weekends. So usually 5 days of lifting. I'm off from work for another three weeks so I will give it a shot.

    Lately, it's been:

Wake up w/ small bowl of oatmeal, protein shake, and Animal Pak. 1 hr later pre workout supp and hit the gym.

    -Chest/abs
    -Back/abs
    -Arms/abs
    -Shoulders/abs
    -Legs/abs

I end every workout w/ a brisk walk on the treadmill and alternate incline every 5 mins.

Eat eggs w/ ezikial bread post workout. Few hours later, protein shake. Few hours later, dinner. Few hours later, protein shake. Then snack on fruit here and there through out the day.

Is it a bad idea to work abs everyday? I guess it's like every other muscle where you need to give it some rest.

I try to read bb.com forums for info, but get annoyed by all the douch nozzles, and end up closing my browser.

    Thanks for the help.

Haha. Tried to book one for tomorrow, but have to wait until next week. I told my wife that's the second thing I wanted after I got back from my deployment. Masseuse was all booked up this week. So 11 days later=fail. Plenty of happy endings in between though.:p

You guys have officially AMPed me back into working out. Its funny as it was basically my life all throughout high school, college, and until I was 24-25.

I had a dramatic injury that left me unable to walk for 2 months and run for 6 months. I couldn't play ball for over a year. That long time inactive span only allowed me to get accustomed to being lazy. I did a complete 180 since and now I'm really out of shape.

I'm not fat but I'm no where close to who I was. My friends knew me to be very in shape all my life. Now they're getting use to me being BLAH. . .

I'm getting into that motivation to get back to where I was. . . If not, get in much better shape.

I never got tired before and was full of energy. Now I'm always tired.

I'm sitting, my buddy is standing. LOL.

It was awesome when a wife beater can be worn in all weather conditions. When you're SWOOOOOOLLLL! It didn't matter.

I don't recall wearing a wife better in years. LOL.

Then 5'7 160lbs (Very Low Body Fat) 8 Pack Abs

Now 5'7 181lbs (Good Amount of Body Fat) 2 Abs at the top on a good day

with the amount of shit he's been taking for as long as he has... i bet it's already fucked up.

your only as strong as your weakest link. when you put all that bulllshit into your body, that's your weak link cuz you're only as stong as that stuff makes you.

You're 21 bro...not even prime yet. I challenge you to get to 215 naturally, in 12 weeks instead of 8.

I understand the concept of wanting to be large and sculpted with 99% lean muscle, sometimes we've gotta be comfortable with the body we have. I'd love to be 215 and look like I do now. Is it possible? No, and cycles aren't the answer. I'm happy with my 184 lb 8% bf body...and I can assure you, girls are happy with it too. I've seen your pics bro, you're cut, lean and got great definition, and completely no homo great body. Work with it, naturally, you'll feel AWESOME.

    Thank you man...

The only thing is and i say this with all honesty... I have developed Megarexia (yes that is a real disorder) from the first cycle i took and I can't stop taking the stuff. I get so big on it and i feel like super man. I don't really feel normal anymore when im not on it... it sucks yes but idk i just cant stop taking em. ive been off of them for a while.... i was just going through my stuff and i found two bottles of some really intense stuff.... thats the only reason im even going to take this stuff.

Not condoning either way but may I ask why you dont inject instead??? Much safer IMHO....if your going to do it you might as well do it the "more" safe way...Id be more worried about liver toxicity than anything with the orals
