    yeah, I've been using Xtend for about a year now and have seen good results. I ordered some of that EFX Kre-Alkalyn that you recommended (I've been using Purple-K, but EFX is cheaper).

    I've tried this recipe for turkey chili a couple of times now, it's awesome!!

    I double the recipe (4-5 lbs of ground turkey) and it keeps me going for a few days, highly recommend it :thumbsup:

    I'm always looking for new clean, tasty recipes if anyone else wants to share some of their favs

    Hahaha :) - yeah i was watching tutorial videos and it seems to be all in the backswing. also i wasnt doing it on a bar.... i was doing it on an overhead beam of a pulley weigh system.... no bars at 24 hour for some dumb fucking reason
