    I don't like the above mentioned to much,

    A very good but super powerful stimulant based pre is the Ergo which i only use on 1rm kinda days. Otherwise I'm purely after the pump and contractions and i find these big time stimulant based Pre-work outs kill my pump

    Ahh. I only use a pre-workout when I'm reaaaaally not feeling it that day, which is only a few times a month, so mild stuff like Assault get the job done for me. Of course, you could always start sniffing ammonia.

    Raked the roof for 2 hours and ran the snowblower about 4 times in the last 24 hours..there's my workout today.

    i been doing a lot of pause work and band work on bench, usually pause with 335 3x5 and band work with 315 5x5

    My deads always sucked, i got long torso short legs and short arms, terrible leverage. mosti pulled is 485 on convention switched to sumo after my back injury so 475 is all i can muster up right now.

    i have 2 belts a 10mm inzer lever belt for squat and bench, a 13mm single prone belt for deadlift. it really helps bracing when you breath into the belt.

    i know people here hate C4 here but it works for me, i need to take like double dose tho, only bought it because costco got the hook ups.

    Look into ERGOGENICS pre- its Good stuff but DO not take 2 scoops or mix with other stimulants, you will see sound and hear colours!!!

    i mixed 2 scoops of craze of with a monster before. it felt like i was turning into super saiyan.

    most of these PWO is way too strong for me, i train most days without PWO, but C4 is weak enough that i can still handle, honestly 2 scoop of C4 feels weaker than a strong cup of coffee.

    When I take C4, I have to take two scoops, too; that's why I don't like it, though. I want the shit I buy to last. With MP or TSN, one scoops provides that same 'jolt' 2 scoops of C4 does, so I'm saving money!

    Tried a sample packet of BPI 1mr Vortex last week and it was pretty damn good. I was buzzing around the gym. Just ran out of C4 so I know what I'm switching it up to.

    No more two scoops of pre anymore to feel something.

    I haven't but cody has, and he said it's one of the best PWO he took that doesn't contain something illegal.

    I saw a pre today at my gym that was hard cider flavored....its a pretty gnarly pre, has lots of good shit in it. Mix that with your angry orchard cider and some fireball, you'll be a sexual tyrannosaurus rex.

    That's impressive considering he cooks meth for a living. Ill have to give it a try. I am getting a bit lazy in the gym lately and could use a little push in the mornings.
