Well now that its full size again it might be better. It was so dang packed that I couldn't focus. When I go to the gym at my parents place it's 100x better. People go to the gym to actually lift and not socialize. It's amateur hour all day everyday.

I enjoy everyone talking in the gym... Unless they're on the machines talking... GTFO. Talk all you want, open gym for me basically!! (I wear headphones).

Or, the best part about your trainer being a giant is that if you need a machine people just move no matter what.

Ya that was basically the problem. The gym was condensed into a large pool while it was being renovated. If you went at 6 am there was enough people to fill half the gym but by 7 am it was packed full. I went one time and for 15 minutes all I could get on was a dip/pull up bar but there was someone asking how many sets I had left a few minutes. People would just sit on the bench or squat rack and text or talk to their buddies. Unless you could fit a workout in between 6-6:30am, you likely had to work around everyone and completely change your workout.

Well, shit haha. That's what I get for cheating on ON

Ya, I did orals a while back and my bp was high as hell. If I ever do use Celltech, I'm gonna try to get mine low as shit via cardio and eating better, so it'll stay low.

Tried some left over pre-workout yesterday (haven't had any in a while) it always makes my skin itch for a few minutes after WTF maybe that's normal or I'm just a sissy

    Beta alanine.
Normal. Eventually you'll get used to it and u won't notice it. If it bothers you too much, switch pres, or lower your dosage.

You are a few months late. You are going to have to wait until 1JAN2016 before you can change. Sorry.

:D, good luck man! Just keep with it.

It has been a month with no booze this past Saturday and surprisingly it has been really easy. I haven't gone out to a bar but have been in several situations where I had to explain why I wasn't drinking.

The best line I have heard when a girl asks why you are not drinking: "Every time I go out drinking, a girl like you always ends up taking advantage of me"

I haven't had the opportunity to try it out yet.....I will report back.
