hahaha good luck with that. I'm about to cut back on my partying, too. I was waiting until after this past weekend because one of my best friends got married, so we had to get wasted lol. I don't ever eat bad, but those extra calories on Saturday aren't really helping my cut. I don't plan on quitting cold turkey, but I do plan on keeping it down to about 3-4 drinks on the weekends. My drink of choice is Evan and Coke Zero, so it's only around 60 calories a drink anyway.

In other news, I've been reading more about MusclePharm and protein spiking and it seems to all be true. None of the reps will address the issue on bb forums. I'm gonna try to get my money back from my friend at the gym, but if I can't, I'll just cut my losses. I'm never cheating on ON again :pout:

x2. Although I do enjoy my rest days, If I go more than 2 days without going to the gym, I feel like my muscle is withering away.

I think the US, Liberia, and Berma are the only three countries in the world not using the metric system #merica :oldglory:

Impressive squat though. I can't believe how low you got on that shit, too. I would've snapped in half like a twig

Well the new gym is pretty nice. Tons of squat racks with platforms. To many damn machines but where they sucked with the design is the mirrors. They just have random walls with mirrors that create small cubicles. I thought it was cool but they pack so much crap in one area that you are tripping over people just to get to the weights. I was able to actually workout and it was pretty busy with people coming to check it out. I think I'll go back to being in the morning crew and start crushing it.

That's the way I'm starting to get. I still go pretty hard on Saturday's but I'm starting to realize my college days are behind me :pout: Plus, it's affecting my cut and the hangovers only get worse with time.

Also, I'll be starting law school in August, so I'm pretty sure my social life is going out the window.

I think you just won the internet
