I liked ON pre because it didn't get me super jittery. It was good for those days where I was lacking energy but didn't want to be all jittery after working out. I ordered some the other day to help me get back into my morning routine.

Agreed. One scoop is like a cup of coffee + beta alanine.....like taking 1/4 dose of bath salts. Nothing special but at 4:30am it helps.

I talked to a friend working at the gym and he said the busiest hour has a total of some 500 students in the building. The gym could probably comfortably support 100. This is including the total for people in basketball courts, racket ball, rock wall, indoor, track and such. Still an insane number for anything in wyoming.

Just clicked on this thread to see what it was all about - special thanks to Zach's great picture compilation skills for making me stay.

ON Pre looked like pretty decent stuff. Never been disappointed with any of their products.

Landed a few tubs of the Muscletech Anarchy pre-workout on bb.com buy one get one free during the March Madness sale. Huge fan of it.

I got it on Bodybuilding.com, which is where I get all my sups. It's $30 for 35 servings. I am just finishing watermelon which I think tastes great for PW and it mixes perfectly. My next tub is orange, but haven't tried it yet. All the flavors are reviewed on bb.com and they all score pretty high.

Yeah just looked. Sounds good. Does it make you itchy or jittery like some do?

It's not really a pre-workout; it's more of an amino acids supplement with caffeine. It has 160 mg of caffeine per serving where most pre-workouts have twice that.

No, that is one of the reasons I like this stuff so much. No jitters or itchiness, I hate that irritating feeling some of them give you. I have noticed that if I take it and wait for like thirty minutes I start to get a tiny bit itchy but absolutely nothing compared to some. I usually take it 10-15 minutes before workout I don't notice any itchiness at all. The best thing about it is the focus, that is what I have noticed more than anything else. Just makes me feel unstoppable!

This is how I found out about it...

Ah, figured that. Shaker bottle recommendation?

Nice. Kinda go the gist that this shouldn't be an everyday pre though, what do you think?

Good aminos shouldn't dissolve well...or so I've heard. I've always heard the tougher it is to get your aminos or BCAA's to dissolve, the better quality they are. That being said, you can consume them however you'd like, but I'd say the best would be to consume them in between meals, as most sources of protein you consume are already loaded with aminos, so it'd be a waste. You could put them in your water bottle or shaker and sip on it between meals or as a pre-workout supp.

Alright, was thinking that or use it as pre and use the bullnox stuff when feeling plateaued.

But I literally meant what shaker bottle should I buy because there is a huge selection on bb.com. Less expensive the better

The best shaker bottle I've had is the Top Secret Nutrition one (here). It's like $4 and it mixes great and is durable. The worst one I've had is the MusclePharm one; the top cracked after like 3 uses. I've got 4-5 generic ones now that I've picked up over the years (I think the brand is Blender Bottle) and they work just fine, but the Top Secret Nutrition one is great. Sadly, I left a milk-based shake in mine for like 2 weeks and had to throw it out. Smelled like SHIT!

I use it every time I lift, have for about 30 days or so and will continue to do so until I decide to stop. As far as I can tell there is nothing dangerous about it, at least no more than any other pw. The only difference is that this has the "testosterone booster" which is mainly just due to zma, which is totally safe and natural. no need to cycle or anything like that.

As for the shaker, I use blender bottle and have for a couple years now. Works great.
