I debated between Animal Pak and OT, so I went to the bb forums and OT was the general consensus, mostly due to price and the amount of pills you've got to swallow with the Pak.

I've noticed there are different types of sweaters: folks who smell really bad, folks who sweat really bad and don't stink, and the dreaded folks who sweat a lot AND stink really bad. I sweat a lot, but never get stinky, so I'm fortunate, I guess...although many a shirt have been ruined due to armpit sweat stains

haha this guy is the anti-Dom

I've got some roll-on stuff called 'certain dri' that works really well, but I forget to put it on every night before bed. If you put it on before bed each night, your pits won't sweat at all

HAHA! I hate being near those guys at the gym who smell terrible, I guess it's probably not their fault but goddamn, sometimes it's really a problem! I sweat a ton but I have noticed that I don't typically stink...kinda makes me wonder if I just don't notice my own stench. I would hate to be the smelly guy, but I don't know what you could do short of good hygiene.

Yeah, I've always sweated a lot and I always ask to make sure. My asshole friends would definitely let me know haha. I'd rather be sweaty than stinky. There are some fuckers in the gym that smell like straight shit though

Straight up man, there is this older guy at my gym who just smells terrible every damn day! I feel like that shouldn't happen if you shower daily and wear clean clothes and deoderant. I have always wondered if the food you eat has a major effect on BO

Had that for a few weeks when I started treadmill. Part of it too was almost 70 pounds heavier and junk knees I'm sure, but it is common.

I'm pretty much immune to caffeine, drank 2-3 big bottles of soda every day most of my life. Gave up caffeine last summer but for a glass of soda once a week at my dart league night. 2 scoops of the C4 does me okay..I have Mr. Hyde too but can't take that during the week or I'll never get to sleep.

We had this guy in my dart league division. Nice guy but my god he fucking reeked..and of course always wore sleeveless shirts. It was odd..he'd be right next to you and you wouldn't notice but 5 seconds after he walked away it was enough to drop you.

Worked with a guy like that who would wear the same clothes 2 days in a row without washing them..pretty gross especially working in an office setting.

There's a group of younger guys in my gym that smell God-Awful.

One of them is like 6'4, 280, and about 150 lbs of that is hair.

And when he sits on this machine:

His pants come halfway down his ass.

And yes, his ass is completely covered in hair.

decided to try out candito's 6 week routine with a few tweaks

finished squats and conventional dls, decided to throw in a few deficit pauses since my initial pull has always sucked
But I havent done them in a while so I kept the weight low and grabbed a form check on my last set

this is what happens when I ask my very non-gym-bro-actual-blood-brother to take a simple goddamn form check video

Good form, if you are to do deficits, I'd suggest a minimum of 3". You'll feel it more and it'll help a little more.

SO stupid question - most protein shakers are like 20-28 ounces, bu the protein container says mix one serving with like 8 ounces of water....Does everyone mix more than one serving or what?
