    Hips are opened too wide but i can see how it will be difficult to put your feet under your hips with those plates, weights are infront of you in the initial pull, try pulling the slack out and shift the weight to the mid to back heel next time and see if that helps.

    It doesn't matter how much water you mix it with, it's still gonna be the same amount of protein lol. I do about 8 oz of milk and 8 oz of water (16 oz total) because I don't like mine thick. I also use 2 scoops of protein. If you like them thick, use less liquid.

    Yeah, I also put in bananas, strawberries and other shit, so I definitely fill it to the top.

    ON Platinum-Pre was pretty good. I got a little bit of a tingle, but I could definitely tell when it kicked in. My mind was all over the place and I wasn't really "in the zone" until it kicked in. Also, it wasn't like an overbearing rush like I've gotten with Finaflex Stimul8, which is what I imagine is the closet legal thing to meth there is. Seriously, for you who like that insane rush, try Stimul8; it's fucking crazy. Platinum-Pre had more of a kick than C4, but not quite as much as Assault, but I am happy with it and I'll definitely throw it into my rotation. Also, the watermelon flavor is awesome. It tastes just like a jolly rancher.

    Mr. Hyde is some pretty good stuff, my body adapts to Pre very quickly and this stuff still gives me that rush. my 2 cents, it is one of the top for getting cracked out

We got it, you are shredded at 130lbs. Now go jerk off while editing your final proofs.
