Agreed. I like Eric church and a few others, but most of them are pretty terrible. The sad part is most of them are from GA :anonymous:

Haha yea, most songs are about trucks, guns, girls, dirt roads, or beer.

Down's "NOLA" is another in my rotation much as I think Phil Anselmo is a scumdouche

Instrumental..Joe Satriani or Yngwie Malmsteen. Yngwie's Rising Force is a longtime fave. If you've not heard the 2 Black Aria discs by Glenn Danzig, buy them right now

Yeah, I can't listen to my Down CD's anymore....Pantera is where I draw the line as far as Phil is concerned. Every now and again I'll put on some Damageplan though.

Glad you liked my signature. :)
I always seem to be stuck behind a Prius and it started to get on my nerves. That and I ended up rear ending a nice Lexus on the 101 south because the woman who was driving it slammed on her brakes in front of me on a very congested day. So, I am over Prius & Lexus.....they get in my way, I'll go Brap Brap right over them. aka eat them for breakfast lol

I like "your gym" by the way. That's a great age

Alright time to set some aggressive goals for myself, I would like to see what you guys think.

No set time period but I will constantly be pushing up toward these numbers
and I figure I will be around 180lb by the time I make my goals.

    Bench Max 270lb
    10x reps 205

    Squat Max 445
    10x reps 335

    Dead Max 505
    10x reps 375

    Total 1220lb

    Currently 165lbs

    Bench 205 1RM

    Squat 365 1RM

    Dead 225 1RM (weak)

    Total 795lb
