    Been doing this for the last few months, it was horrible at first. I push the truck as far and as fast as I can for 4-5 sets and then do prowler sprints.


    It's an awesome leg workout!

    Well I'm only 5'6" :p and the high clearance bumper plus the 3 inch lift on the truck only add to me looking shorter than what I already am. :D probably the angle too.

    Gonna hobble my ass into the gym today for some upper body. I'm really hoping I can get at least a mild leg workout in this week. I have a big boot I wear 99% of the time, but I take it off when in bed and when driving and put on a cloth athletic brace. I'm thinking I can wear it and at least do some leg extensions and curls. Only one way to find out.

    INB4 "just take it easy until it's healed 100%"

    Also, I had day one of the new diet yesterday and it wasn't too bad. I basically morphed my old diet into a better one by focusing more on micronutrients, as well as macros, Most of the things I eat is the same, but I switched out a few things like pretzels and orange juice and replaced them with actual vegetables and fruit.

    Meh, it's an ankle. Not like you are gonna strain it if you keep the weight off it on excercises. No reason to let them arms shrink. Just drop weight so you don't have to firmly plant your feet.
