That's some self control. I would eat the marshmallows before lifting.

I went in for upper-a yesterday and it wasn't too bad with my boot on…not bad at all, actually…besides everyone asking what the hell happened.

    hammer strength pull-downs: 270x15, 320x10, 270x12
    t-bar rows: 180x6, 135x12
    incline dumbbell press: 2 sets of 15, 12 w/ 60, 55 lb dumbbells
cable crossovers: 3 sets of 15 @ 60 lbs per side w/ 1 sec pause
    machine overhead press: 3 sets of 15 @ 140, 130, 120 lbs
    dumbbell shrugs: 3 sets of 15, 12, 10 w/ 105 lb dumbbells
    hammer curls: 3 sets of 10 w/ 55, 50, 45 lb dumbbells
    v-bar triceps pushdowns: 3 sets of 15, 12, 10 @ 170, 190, 200 lbs

Gonna try to do some legs this afternoon…probably just a few machines and that's it. Definitely no calve raises, squats, leg press, or deadlifts.

Girl in the gym looked at me Sunday and says "looks like you're getting smaller!" I said "thanks, I hate you now". Everyone in the gym started laughing. She said "no! Like you're losing weight and getting more cut! Not like losing muscle!"

    Don't know what to believe...

Nice time! Do you compete? Last time I did 30 ring muscle-ups for time it took me 10 minutes. Very sad. So I drank beer afterwards. Hence why my times suck.

Not gonna lie, she's pretty badass in the gym. There aren't a ton of girls that go to this gym, and the ones that do have no idea what they're doing. Except her. She lifts like a boss. She would probably have beat my ass.

I find ring muscle ups way more challenging then bar ones. I can do the bar ones pretty easily. Only downfall to the bar ones, is my hands tend to rip open with them.
