    Its not hard to take care of your hands. Keep a pumice stone in the shower and keep your calluses down. Then buy a nice lotion for "working hands".

    When I was deployed my hands got fucked from dry conditions, lots of exposure to diesel, and lifting. It took a while but I got them back to normal.

    Be careful with the pumice stone though. It might of happened to Jordan already. When I oly lift I will get blisters under the calluses. I didn't realize I had one and went to town with the pumice stone only to feel a sharp burning pain moments later. I ripped the blister open.

    Yea, and it always seems to be a deep rip from the bar muscle ups. Always starts the same.. Slight tingle under the callus, then movement of said callus, then on the last rep it rips. Then you're stuck doing bullshit for a week b/c your hand is ripped, all the while telling yourself you should of stopped at the tingle.

    Yep lol ull shave down ur hands but u can see a big purple blister under thats the worst. I actuly prefer using a face razor they work the best if found and next best is a peddy egg. Pumice stone takes wayyy to long i think

    Haha I farted on the leg press on accident last week with my headphones in, so I thought it was quiet, but when I got done, I paused my music and two of my friends were laughing. Zero fucks given, though

    Jk, I've shit myself twice and I wasn't in the gym either time. I do fart all the time in the gym on accident though lol...and sometimes on purpose :D

    I started my new job today with the Senator I was working for the past few months at the Capitol and there's a Subway right across the street :D Also, it's like 2 miles from my house and the gym is right between the two...the gym is seriously like 1 mile from my home and my work; it's heaven :D
