Anyone have a ab workout that doesn't "use" your legs?

A long story short a few years ago I kinda partially tore the hamstring connection on one of my legs where it attaches to the femur. Its been acting up bad for the past 2-3 months specifically this past month or so to the point where I haven't gone the gym since about Christmas . Maybe two times I've made it.

Ive kept up my arms with push ups/dips/pull ups with my pull up as best I can, but I haven't really found an ab work out and they are kind of starting to disappear :(.

Holding my legs up (like the bicycle position) or wedging them under something hurts pretty bad. Ive been laying flat on the floor or my bed and holding my self up at a slight angle and doing like 1/2-3/4 crunches (just to the point before it starts to hurt).

Anyone have some ideas? I think I'm just SOL with this one.

My guess was going to be planks or 6 inches. But your in a tough spot there.

Try just standing on a Bosu ball. That actually makes all the muscles in your core work.

YES! I take my Assault just before I walk in the gym, then after 10 minutes of warmup cardio it's coarsing through my veins, and tingling begins. Time to lift! :D
