    Everyone needs a "little" cardio if you really want the fat to go away. And no I don't mean run 10 miles. FUCK. THAT. Now in the leaning stages I do steady state for 350 cal 3x and 1x HIIT of 20 min per week.

    I only do cardio for heart health. Can it aide in fat-loss? Sure. Is it necessary? Not at all

    My body is quite stubborn in terms of fat too so that's kind of a thing. If anyone was wondering I do 0 cardio like 7 months out of the year haha

    In Jim Stoppani's 6 week shred program, you do 1 minute of cardio in between each set. Do a set, go straight to cardio, go straight back to another set. I've never sweated so much in the gym. That, plus the change to my diet, is helping me slim back down.

    Plus, it's just for a minute at a time, so it's not really that bad.

    Or do both like me. I've been slacking on cardio the past 2 weeks but still been lifting every night.

    Helps me with the crappy knees as well. I powerwalk, no jogging or running.

    I'd love to get rid of the love handles, but they've gone down a lot. Plus all in all I dropped 65 pounds since last April..my weight at 5 foot 10 is a much more reasonable 185-190 versus 250.

    Anything. Treadmill (around 10 MPH), jump rope, goblet squats, kettlebell swings, weighted step ups...anything to get the heart rate up for 1 minute

    Great. You body won't be getting food for around 8 hrs, so you want a slow-digesting protein source in your system while you sleep to feed your muscles. You can do this by consuming casein protein, which can be found in dairy or a casein protein powder (expensive) or you can consume a protein + fat source to mimic casein protein. All casein protein does is turn into a slow-digesting goo and consuming a protein + fat meal will do the exact same thing. The most popular pre-bedtime sources are milk, Greek yogurt, cheese, casein protein powder, or a protein shake with peanut butter (all are casein sources, except the last one)

    Does anyone know if you can post GIFs from tapatalk? I know if you save a GIF on iPhone and send it in a message it'll play, but it doesn't seem to work on tapatalk...it's really putting a damper on my trolling

    well im on the no sugar except post workout, and only water to drink. Propel has no sugar... im lucky.... also chicken breast with chili powder seasoning(I season it myself) is now my staple....
