You know what else causes cancer and a bunch of other bull shit? GM MOTHER FUCKING O's in our fucking food. How about we hit the basics, if the food didn't exist 1000 years ago, it doesn't need to exist today. :D

I'm not really that thrilled with ON's pre-workout. It's simply not strong enough. I take 1 full scoop and get next to nothing out of it. I'm going to do upper-b this morning and am going to try 2 scoops. It pisses me off that I have to use 2 scoops, though. With Assault, TSN, and a few others, I only need 1. And it's not like my tolerance is super high either. I consume around 50g sugar a day, which is half of my RDV and my only source of caffeine is 1 cup of DD coffee each morning. I think I'm gonna try Jym next

Also, I did a machine-only leg workout Thursday afternoon and my legs are fucking sore! I think it's gonna be a while before I can do compound crap.

    Vury true

It's not saying chicken is bad, but there's a whole group of bodybuilders out there who only believe in eating clean crap like plain chicken, rice, and crap like that. It's been proven a hundred times that it's completely unnecessary to eat like that. However, I eat plain chicken breasts every night with either lime juice or hot sauce because I like it and it's cheap.

Me too, but I got off my kick when my dentist told me how bad the constant citric acid exposure to my teeth was. Now I'm stuck drinking plain ol water :pout:

Truer words have never been spoken
