Our bulking macros are very similar...why u bulking right before summer, doe?

I ran out of creatine last week and haven't weighed myself in 6-7 days, just to see how much water weight I'd lose when it all got out of my system. Last week, I was 189. This morning, I was 186; it wasn't as much as I thought it'd be, but maybe I'll look a little leaner without 2-3 lbs of water weight.

Had some success in the gym last night: I was finally able to deadlift. Something about my ankle won't support any weight when my knees shoot forward, so any sort of leg press, squat, lunges, etc are out the window for now. It's still pretty swollen, but it only really hurts when my knee gets in front of it or off to the side or too far back, so as long as my knee stays above my ankle, I'm fine.

    Romanian deadlifts: 135x10, 225x10, 315x9, 365x6, 225x6, 135x8
the rest was just boring ol' leg extensions and leg curls.
I did get to do some very low mobility calve exercises. I was able to raise my feet to get a full flex, but I couldn't go down all the way to get a full stretch....maybe about 60% of the way.

I'm never getting on a fucking trampoline again lol

That's so much food lol... I already struggle with what I've got.

I've been bulking for 3 years lol. I'm not going to stop until I'm satisfied... Probably 225. It'll be hard to get much bigger without dat dere help. Should be about 2 years and I'll hit my goal. Then it's time to lean out and hold the #225 weight but cut to 10% bf. I expect at least 2 years for that... Not sure though.

I wanna get up to around 220, but I get so wishy washy on wanting to be big and wanting to be lean throught the year, so I just bulk for a few months and then cut for a few months. I gain and keep about 10 lbs per year, so I should be up to 220 in 2016.

I've dropped 10 lbs, down to 152. Haven't maxed in a while, but hit 275 for 3 on bench the other night. I was pretty happy with that. Probably try to max on everything in the next week or 2 just to see where I'm at.

I keep saying it but my goal is that 1000 club pass, but I want to get it at 155. Have a marathon coming up and possibly a 27 mile spartan race coming up so I can't afford to bulk up

back at all of my old PR's, nothing but gainz now!

I'll trade you my legs and back for your chest and arms. Then trade back after a year or so.

    We'll be unstoppable!!

I was up to 209, as well….I was just sitting at about 15-17% body fat, so it wasn't a good 209; that's the most I've ever weighed and the strongest I've ever been, but I looked so soft. At 186 right now, my arms look bigger, although they've shrunk 1/2". MY bench has probably gone down, as well, but I promised myself I'd get lean before bulking again.

I've been saving my morning poop for the gym lately. 1.) I save money on to. 2.) I like to have 5 minutes to chill out and browse TW. 3.) I weigh myself before and after . 208.7 before.
