    How many of y'all sprint?
    My trainer has us sprint a decent amount and I've always been curious as to how fast I can sprint, so tonight while I was BS'ing with her while she was on duty I sprinted while she radar'd me, I managed to hit 14 MPH which I thought wasn't bad for a cold sprint.

    I do. To increase speed amd endurance mostly. I prefer rowing sprints to running but nothing really helps run times like...

    Just started a new warehousing job and there's an extremely strict no electronics rule. I can't wear my fitbit in there obviously so it sits in my car for 8 hours a day and when it syncs to myfitness pal it gives me -800 calories everyday even though I just busted my ass for 8 hours running around...

    I sprint fairly regularly. I cannot run long distance so sprints factor into my cardio and fat burning. I am pretty fast but unsure of my speed. I can almost keep up to my dog :p

    Looks like the hub is right up there in Dalton, too. Here in middle-GA, all we have are woods...just the way I like it :D

    But to be honest I'm looking into moving to Chattanooga, TN and just commute the 35min. "Stuff" do to and no state income tax is a big plus.
