    Great exercise.

    I was talking to a guy at the gym who hurt his back deadlifting, he heard / felt his back "pop" on the way up from using improper form. I see too many young guys deadlifting more than they can handle, with their backs completely rounded as they lift the bar up... :eek:

    gallon a day. Could be my blood sugar being low, too. I get irritable when I'm hungry, but as soon as I eat, I'm fine :)
