Well like if I'm fishing, tailgating, or at the beach, I need a good all-day beer. I would rather drink 20 natty lights over a 10 hr period over drinking 6 Sweetwater's over the same time period....I'm more of a whisky person anyway, but I refuse to buy it at bars/venues because it's always so watered-down

So I'm thinking I may be at that point where I need to stop doing the same workout. Plus I've recently added some exercises but only 10-20 reps (deadlift, dumbell raise) and want to do more of them, as well as do a consistent 40 reps per lift..right now I'm between 30-40 reps.

Group these up into 3 different routines..add one or two if you think it would help. Bear in mind I have a basic bench with the leg bar, regular barbell, curl bar, dumbbells.

    Bench press
    Leg lift
    French curl
    Barbell curl
    Shrug
    Deadlift
    Leg curl
    Bent over row
    Hammer curl
    Dumbbell raises
    Flies (resistance band)

Ideally I'd like to have each routine around 30 minutes, but if that isn't enough so be it. It's just getting tough to do enough of each lift for me to be fully satisfied that I'm getting the benefit from each. For instance I'm only doing 10 deadlifts, 55 pounds. I figure that's fine for starting off to learn the form but that I need more reps to really reap something.

Yup I've learned that pretty fast, fortunately..space is an issue. Joining a gym really isn't viable for me so this is what I have to work with..

Many 'good' beers have less % than some of the flavored carbonated water beers. Good tasting beer doesn't equate to getting drunk faster.

Gonna need all the energy I can muster up today for leg day. We didn't get back from the game until like 12:30am. The Braves did win, though! My ass is usually asleep by 10:30 though, so I'm dragging today...but after yesterday's pig out fest, I gotta hit the gym this afternoon.

    The damage:

    2 25-oz. Bud Lights
    1 1-pint Sweetwater
Buffalo chicken, bacon, and blue cheese on top of home fries

Lower B today was great…minus my headphones. When I realized I didn't bring my headphones, I lost it lol. Also, I did goblet squats and sumo deadlifts for the the first time ever today and liked them both a lot. The only downside is that that our kettle bells only go up to 45 lbs, so I had to use a dumbbell eventually. I'm pretty sure my sumo dead form was really crappy, but the gym was empty, so I went to town. I felt it a lot in my hams, which was the goal.

    goblet squats: 45x20, 60x16, 60x15
smith machine squats: 3 sets of 135x25
    sumo deadlifts: 135x20, 185x15, 225x10
    seated leg curls: 3 sets of 15 @ 90, 80, 70
    ab circuit
    calve circuit:

This shit sounds easy, but my calves got a good burn

This. I was a Bud drinker mostly because I would smash down 20 or more 4 or 5 days out of 7 a week.
