Just curious what your split looks like, or if you're doing upper lower upper or what. The w.o. you posted worked back, chest, shoulders, bis and back again
not cutting it down either just curious

Also, I enjoy the screen name ha I've been playing chess with my grandfather since I was in grade school and he passed away recently so it's a fond game/memory of mine.

2.5" lift, ARE Shell, Ducks Unlimited Rubber Floor Mats. ROGUE badges,
Dude triceps are 2/3s of your arms. If you want decent looking arms the key is big triceps.

Biceps impress girls, triceps fill shirt sleeves.

Also gotta work legs if your trying to gain weight or bulk up. It's amazing how much you can gain training legs.

And squats etc work your core as well.

At 6'1 170 you can eat man! Go hit up some buffets and get some hi cal protein shakes.

My w.o. keeps the amount of sets low per cycle, that's how I can knock out the reps without changing the weight mid cycle.

The splits are a bit screwy. I should be doing: back, chest, biceps, triceps, shoulders to take advantage of super sets but equipment and bench availability limit my order.

The order I posted was for that night, its not my routine.

PARTIAL DEAD LIFTS - I USUALLY DO 3 OR 4 PLATES PER SIDE. your tendons will become like steel cables and you will be able to cause serious pain just by grabbing someone.

Thanks for all the great suggestions guys. I've been doing hammer curls and reverse curls, as well as using towels to make my bar thicker on some other lifts.

    Haha perfect!

Yeeah I generally work my tri's harder than my biceps. Ive got a pretty thin frame as well and very little fat. My arms have always been skinny compared to the rest of me(from my point of view at least)

Speaking of tri's. 169 or so. I've been fluctuating 1-1.5lbs +/- over the last week and a half. Were going to up the fats a tad and tweak the cardio just slightly.

Height makes a huge difference. I'm 5'8" and the heaviest I ever was was 168 and man I had to work hard to get there. I didnt cut up quite that much though^ I'm about 154-156 right now. . . Stupid injuries make building ten times harder :(

I've done it before. Right now I'm
around 170's and just upped my fat intake to 70's. Not bad for cutting. Heck, I even set a PR on calves180896ad-cea9-0d22_709173e7f65dc425db59c760a88c90c35c851c09.jpg

Ya I've used it. Try PWR by iSatori. Muscle fortress makes MS right? I've met the owner. Really nice local guy.
