Anybody know of clean off the shelf granola bars? No problem finding ones that have whole oats and all that, but it seems like they are all formed with sugar/high fructose/or molasses... Anyone have something better that they munch on?

2.5" lift, ARE Shell, Ducks Unlimited Rubber Floor Mats. ROGUE badges,
Why? You dragging on dead lifts or cleans or something?

Just keep the bar 2" away. I hit my shins once being lazy AFTER a power clean. It sucked.

well if youtube says so then it must be true...

i didn't once see the bar contact her shins while she was in motion

however, i was not as specific as i should have been. when in the "up" position, the bar contacting your quads is fine... however the bar should not be making contact with one's shins during the movement, especially to the point causing scratches and bleeding...

Work on your form. You really shouldn't be dragging on your shins. Close, maybe a bump once in a while but not like your saying is happening.

I just got back from a kick boxing class. The dumbass I was sharing a bag with kick the bag mid rotation sending it swinging and I impacted the bag with my toes instead of my shin.

Bent my big toe nail and it freaking hurts. It's not a massive bend where I'll have to loose the nail, just big enough to be very annoying when putting pressure on it.

That comes to my next note, is it too much stress on the body to lift then do an H.I.I.T. cardio such as Kick boxing? I tried doing cardio then lifting, but I found I never had enough energy to get a good lift in, but I feel I can do lifting then cardio, its just that I'm at the gym for closer to 2 hours instead of the usual one, or should I alternate cardio days and lifting days?
