Honestly, its not a real well thought out plan. I was on a cutting diet but felt like shit all day at work and honestly just pussed out. I'm making good gains maintaining weight and I look better now than I did a few months ago so it's working. Just sticking it out.

That's usually how my cuts go...I cut for a month and notice I'm getting weaker and I just quit. I'm making myself follow through with this one though lol

Not sure if it helps, but whatever.
    Height: 6'4"
    Weight: 180

I tore my ACL in a baseball game April of 2014 (my senior night), I had a reconstruction surgery exactly a year ago, went through PT and now I've been dismissed. I used to be an athlete in high school, (I played football, baseball, and ran cross country) and now I wanna get back into it. Running, lifting, you name it. I've been lifting for 3 weeks now and I've been doing low impact cardio like the Jacob's Ladder, bikes, or ellipticals every other day.

I signed up for Army ROTC and I've already talked to the PMS (professor of military science) about my medical history. He said that my knee could possibly get me disqualified, it really just depends on how it could effect me during PT and FTX on lab days. Knowing that I'm going to have to take a PT test when I get to school, I've began preparing. Today I attempted to go on a run and I had to end it prematurely due to excruciating pain in my knee. Every step felt like two rocks scraping together. I was fine up until about half a mile, I stopped to tie my shoe and I was taking a few steps, about to start running again, and then it hit me.

My surgeon/doctor told me that I will have arthritis in my mid 20s, maybe even within the next 3-5 years. I'm not sure if the pain is early arthritis or what, but what baffles me is that for my physical therapy, I ran for 10 minutes every day, did a leg workout, and it never pained me. 6 months later, I can barely run a mile. I guess what I'm getting at is that I'm worried that I'm going to be medically disqualified from doing ROTC... I could come out of college debt free, and I'll most likely be guaranteed a job right out of school paying $55K. I really want to do it and I don't know what to do about this knee pain. Should I keep at it for a few more weeks and see where I'm at or what? I know that joint pain is bad, but I don't wanna go to a doctor and he/she say that it's all part of the process to full recovery.

Any type of advice is helpful. Thanks.

    My favorite back exercises are:

lats: pullups, lat-pulldowns (wide grip, close grip, preverse grip, v grip, etc.), rope pulldowns, v bar pullups

middle back: one arm & two arm long bar row, t bar row w/ v-grip, bent over barbell rows (regular and reverse grip), one arm db rows, bent over one arm long bar rows, cable rows, palms in bent over dumbbell rows, dumbbell incline rows

Your back lacks the distinct vtaper. I'd try to bring your lats out more, by doing wide grip lat pulls, and personally I love tbar rows. But then again I don't carlboad before lifting, i get fast food otw home, eat 1000g carbs on workout days, etc. What could I possibly know?
