    What are your goals?
Fat loss I recommend both post weights and off days. Just overall endurance do HIIT post weights. 1-ur glycogen levels will already be empty from weights 2-the point of post weight cardio is to target the fatty acids.

That's a tough workout bro! Your gonna be hobbling a day or two.

I always used to hate going over 6 reps on squats when I could still do them heavy.

I'm not able to do real back squats anymore due to shoulder injuries. My leg days are creative now haha.

Good luck. That's tough. I can't remember for sure but I think your just trying to cut up aren't you?

That's way to many reps for me. I prefer to lift heavy and fail quick instead of light reps and failing after 30 seconds

well my knee is still jacked up so no running for me I guess I will just have to stick to the bike.

I did get my body fat checked again today
I have gained 2 pounds of muscle and lost another 2.5% of my body fat. in total so far I have probably lost 20% of my body fat (I started at 40+%) and I have gained 10+ pounds of muscle.

I am 234.5 this morning with my goal weight being 210-215

right now the guy i workout with has me doing
    chest and tri's on Monday
    cardio Tuesday
    legs Wednesday
    cardio Thursday
    back and bi's on Friday
    cardio on Saturday
    Sunday rest day
we do core for the first 10 minutes of every Monday, Wednesday and Friday

i take whey gold standard protein, a multivitamin and fish oil. that is the only supplements i am taking.
