According to the second half of his post...he wants to be there to at least witness. But then he doesn't want to remember what he saw...

Well, BPI Vortex officially blows...took 2 scoops yesterday and it was pretty mediocre. I'm going back to Assault after I run out of this crap.

Did upper-a yesterday. There's been this kid in there for like the past 2 weeks who doesn't have a fucking clue. He's there when I get there at 5 and is still there when I leave around 6-6:30...yesterday, for the entire hr and 15 mins I was there, he was doing biceps. He was doing biceps Monday, too. I've only seen this kid do chest and biceps. To make it worse, he drives a F350 with like an 8" lift and wears cutoff sleeveless shirts every day at the gym...dude weighs about 140 lbs....it wouldn't drive me so nuts if the little fucker would do something other than chest and biceps every damn day. He has a friend who works out with him that has asked me a few questions here and there because I think he can somewhat sense that the douche doesn't know what the hell he's doing, but even after I told him they need to be doing other shit, they still revert back to chestnbi's...The friend even asked my fiancee if I'd give him some tips, which I did, but the fuckers can't stay away from the curls and flat bench lol.

I dunno whether to praise this or make fun of it.....

9 Alarmingly Caloric Foods You Never Would've Expected

People are just baffled when you compare the calories in food. Everyone at work makes fun of how I eat the same shit daily and sometimes I'll swap my V8 out for some cookies or something and they all are like, "oooh, you're gonna get fat" and I'm like, "do u even macro?!" GAH!

I keep telling people they are getting mislead...I think science doesn't really understand and the measurement "calorie" is simply wrong! e.g. Sat fat is good, and you can drink it with a straw and have the best cholesterol ever. You drink it and eat a few loaf of bread and your cholesterol goes through the roof-but most tell you that bacon kills you :notsure:

What the fuck am I doing? I ran 3 miles on the treadmill yesterday (it was a hellacious storm), then 3 miles outside today. Who am I? Who does cardio?

Not sure why the pic split from my post...WTF!

Same here Sack, I switch up the type of fish & veggies for example but, still pretty consistent in what I eat.

Above is most of the food I'll take tomorrow for while I'm at work & about the same as I always take.

Berries, yogurt, mahi, pork chop, green beans, sweet patato, spinach salad with topping (fat free cottage cheese w/almonds and some liquid dressing will be added), bran w/walnuts & gallons of strong Sumatra coffee.

Bastards not only give me shit for bringing about the something but call it no good or bird food...again WTF?

Stop it dick. For about 2 seconds I thought maybe I shouldn't be running b4 work.

100 degree actual temp tomorrow with heat index of 110+. I work out in my non-a/c garage and of course do an XC run...should be fun.

    Bruh...I obviously don't lift.

Whatever...as long as I have a rockin bod for this weekend I'll be fine.

But I'm runnin away all my gains.

And I cut trees for like 3 hours this morning. I think I lost 10 lbs in water weight from all the sweat from that and running.

I can't wait to start bulking.

That looks very clean  - I have less variety in my lunch meals and I ate the same for 4 days this week :anonymous: 1-2 chicken breasts and sting beans. Luckily I don't get bored with eating the same.
I did legs yesterday and killed them for the 2nd time this week switched it up and tried to overload them which worked great. I still have to dial it in though.

Shoulders/traps tonight...fells good to be able to actually go and use a real gym again after weeks of travelling

I'm also trying to lean out a little to the point were I can maintain it. Don't know my BF % but it's getting less (still ways to go)

Could be :notsure: I'm not too hung up on the number I just use the mirror and I'm too cheap to buy a scale or even a body fat thingy :anonymous:

If you're not overly concerned with the #'s, you can just google different body fat percentages and compare. I got my calipers free for ordering over $50 on bb.com.

I was 181.7 this morning, which hurts because, this time last week, I was 179...that weekend of eating like shit really got me. Fear not, comrades...I've turned over a new leaf and will no longer be so reckless on the weekends! (I'm pretty sure I say this once a month :anonymous: )

I think more accurately it's at least once a Friday followed by a Monday post full of regret and shame...
