    Your stomach doesn't know the difference. By that logic, you could puree and bunch of bacon and call it 'clean.' Clean vs dirty is bullshit. The only thing 'clean' has going for it are micronutrients, which 99% of people don't know shit about, anyway...they eat salad and beans, but don't know why.

    How are the processed though? I understand adding their own stuff in there with those proprietary blends of stuff they don't make public, but everything else on the product listing seems fairly normal.

    If you don't plant it or kill it yourself, it's most-likely processed. I've never seen a whey protein walking around in the woods nor have I seen a multivitamin plant

    I agree. That's why I said 'yourself.' The only foods in my house that I know are truly all-natural or clean are the fish I catch, the deer I kill, and vegetables from my garden. Nothing at the grocery stores is completely untouched

    That said, clean vs unclean is mostly bullshit anyway. I have extremely low blood pressure and get more than enough of my daily vitamins and minerals and eat no vegetables and only 2 fruits per day. I get my vegetables and fruits from juice...sugary, concentrated juice. People think juice and sugar and fat and gluten and blah blah blah is bad for you, but it's really not like that at all.
