Same here brother. I cook/prep my work meals the night before my work week starts and eat the same shit all four work days. It seems to be working for you....

I'm guessing your guesstimate is a pretty good guess...my POS BF calc puts me at 13% BF and I'm close but, not as quit as defined and for damn sure not as bulked up...but, I'm trying.

    How tall are ya Zach?

Thanks for the link...with no internet at the house I did a search on my phone when I started and attempt to get the correct balance of nurtrients by manual calculations, created a menu (knowing how much is in what per ounce) and pick off that menu...it's a sucky way to do it and, as everthing in my life, is subject to error...good thing I'm okay with it.

I went to www.iifym.com and haven't been able to get it to work...I'm at work so it's been an interupted process and I haven't been able to focus on it as much as I'd like... But, thanks for the link! I'm gonna get it to work...

I'm a newb at this shit so, I'll take ALL the pointers I can get.

I prep all my meals, too...which, to me, is dumping ravioli into seperate bowls, baking eggs, pouring Cheerios/Fruit Loops/Cinnamon toast crunch into bags, etc. :D IIFYM food prep FTMFW

    I'm 5'11''

IIFYM redid their website and it's really buggy. If you go to the calculator, if you can deal with the long load time and sift through the ads, it'll give you accurate numbers...I dunno who redesigned their site, but it's awful.
