WAY OFF THE WAGON TODAY... The "Sack" would be proud of me with my 5 ice cream sammiches, sweet tea, hot wings and the rest of my normal food today (and more to go). I did do 3 miles xc and worked out before work today so I felt safe...maybe I'll be back to 151 lbs by tomorrow morning.

Hahaha. Went to get a suit today (have a "gatsby party" August 1st...should be fuckin nuts) and the guy helping me was messing with my jacket and he just stops and basically just hits me. He goes "I wasn't expecting that...you're solid. You spend some time in the gym, huh? Yea...the ladies should really like the way this is going to fit..."

Your name is Lifetime? J/k it's a little bit more but that keeps a lot of "bros" out which is good...never had to wait for equipment (even Monday nights)

That would be handy. I gym at home man. I know I'm lacking some equipment and therefore have to compensate but, having done the local crap, these local gyms are not for me. However, seeing yours makes me slightly jelly.

For some reason, I have zero problems believing you speak truth...daisy dukes or no.

How long yall been at it?

I've been focussed like a laser on what I put in my body since around Christmas last year so...about 7 months. I understand store bought food, the bulk of my diet, may not be as advertised/expected but, what I buy is claimed to be organic/wild/no additive/no process/no steroid added/of US origin ect (ok leave out the Grizzly & Cope). I started working out in earnest almost 3 months ago. Of course I've seen some results but, I'm no where near where you guys are at...

So just wondering, how long have yall been working out?

    Do all of you supplement?

I've shyed away from supplements thinking it wasn't natural but when I see Kodiak, Flowin, Derick & Zack I somewhat questing that choice.
