x2. If someone can stay big and lean eating cheeseburgers all day, more power to them. At the end of the day, it's all about how many calories you take in. I care about micronutrients, as well...things like vitamins and minerals matter to me, so I try to choose foods that are going to help me there. A lot of people seem to neglect micronutrients.

I've taken multi's before, but I'd rather eat than swallow a pill any day. Plus, the effectiveness of multis is debatable. The only thing I noticed from taking them were the pretty colors my pee would change and less money in my wallet.

That's why I chuckle when everyone claims they walk around at 5%.

Yeah, I see a lot of people who "guess" that they walk around at 4-5% year-round and I'm just like, "you'd be dead."

I was sitting at home today on my lunch break scolling through the Chive and they had an album of all the secret menu items at McDonalds and I was like, "fuck it...I'm going to McDonalds right now." Not only am I eating this double quarter pounder with cheese, I'm eating it not 10 mins after eating my regular lunch. I'm going to dieting hell.

The trick is to get super lean first. Then you can really eat some good stuff and only get bigger and more lean.

Just had to catch up on this thread.... looks like everyone is doing well.
I just finished working the calgary stampede, lost 10 pounds in 12 days..... quite depressing. I guess thats what you get working 16 hours a day with limited breaks and food opportunity and no gym. Its back to the grind now -

My main focus will be based on acquiring as much density and hypertrophy for the next 8 weeks then back to my Strength and conditioning phase. I have logged a few photos in the last 2 months and will be doing a comparison to see how my proportions and appearance changes :)

Now, my goal is not to get down to this magical 5% everyone talks about so don't expect MR Shredded lol. I have always pursued functional and practical so it will be nice to just get back in the gym.

Im super excited to have some supplements again, so looking forward to those massive pumps!
