Any breakfast suggestions that are quick and easy?

Right now I eat ~1 cup of oats that I mix the night before with a spoon of protein powder and almond milk and let it chill in the fridge over night so it's ready in the morning.
I'm getting kinda tired of it and I don't want to switch back to eggs during Mon-Fri because it takes too long in the morning.

Would be ideal to be able to eat it on my drive to work...

    Any "proven" suggestions?

I do 6 whites and 3 yolks every morning. 252 calories, 30 g protein, 2 g carbs, 15 g fat...the main reason I do this is because I don't really like the taste of the yolk.

I consider fasted 6 hrs or more, which is enough for a meal to be shit out for me lol. If you workout 2-3 hrs after a meal, you're fine. People usually use BCAA's if they train first thing in the morning, before breakfast or if they do intermittant fasting, where they only eat in an 8 hr window.

I bake my eggs the night before in a muffin pan. Just mix your eggs in a bowl with whatever you want (I do hot sauce and pepper), pour them in the muffin pan, and bake @ 375 for 30 mins. In the morning, you just heat them up for 1 min and you're good to go. I eat mine on the way to work, too...they're like little egg muffins

Sux man, sorry to hear it.

I had it in my left elbow over an extended period. It was intermittent but, always there... I did the support band, took it easy on it ect...no help. I'm right handed and I'm not even close to ambidextrous so my left arm is pretty much just a counter weight to help balance the right side anyway. :) But, when I startrd a routine of working out it slowly went away. Of course you're already working out. Not sure, in my case, the working out had anything to do with it but, it hasn't come back since I started. And overall I have less aches & pains (like zero now) after I started working out.

Good luck with that shit man. I know I'd hate to have any issues at this point for fear of loosing what little ground I've gained.

I'm a newb man so take it fwiw.

I work 3 to 4 days a week and prepare all my work meals the night before my "Monday". I'm in a routine with it so it's quick & easy to prepare and makes extra time in the morning for working out before work.

I switch it around a little but a typical morning meal for me is...

Fage or Dannon Tripple Zero fat free Greek yogurt (22 to 23g protein per cup).

A cup to cup & a half of fresh mixed strawberries, blueberries, raspberries & blackberries (some shit is seasonal here obviously).

Then throw in some All Bran Buds with walnuts.

    I put cinnamon on it.

So it's yogurt in a Tupperware container with cinnamon on it, mixed fruit in another container & Bran w/walnuts added in another container. Then I mix it all together when I eat it (at work).

It's pretty good tasting, healthy & meets about 1/6 of my daily protein.

ON EDIT: Just got that you wanna eat it on the way to work. What's above might be a challenge.

So maybe not as healthy & it involves eggs...

If changing the way you cook eggs helps.

I like but don't eat it (often) a poached egg with cheese & bacon on a toasted bagel. If you want it to be really good, toast the inside of the bagel on the stove in butter & throw some maple syrup in that pan (little salt & pepper helps too).

Again it's eggs but maybe different than how you currently prep them. And except for the toasting part, could be done in advance. Tho I'd have to reheat the egg & bacon (further cooking it) before I ate it.

You can buy a cheapo egg poacher that'll knock the egg out in under a minute in the micro tho I think they're better poached in water it just takes more time.

At least it's not badger milk...

Just finished the work out...I'm shaking...literally shaking.

Still gotta weed eat, do some mowing & blow...maybe should have done that first.

I added up my protein for my breakfast...fage yogurt 1.5 cup, mixed berries 1.5 cup, bran, nuts, cinnamon = > 40g of protein. Now I'm drinking some optimum nutrition before yard (if I can force it down). So, that will be ~ 65g before my salmon steak lunch and tuna steak dinner. Salmon will be 38g & tuna 56g plus the other shit I'll eat today. 159g +of protein at 151lbs this morning.

Is there a benefit to drinking whites over eating them, besides time savings? Only thing that seems less enjoyable than drinking slimy eggs from a carton, is drinking slimy eggs from a carton with some kind of flavor added to it. :puke:
