No benefit. I guess one could argue that nutrients get destroyed from cooking them, but I don't think people eat eggs for anything besides the protein, anyway. I don't know why anyone would chug eggs when you can cook them. If time is a factor, cook the damn things the night before :notsure:

Agreed.. I think it was you who told @Flowin to bake his eggs?

I do this regularly, and add vegetables/cheese/meats to the cupcake molds when I do and it's pretty grab and go. Toss them in a large Tupperware type container in the fridge and I've got breakfast for a week and it only took me 30 minutes on a Sunday. :woot:

Let me see if I can get this right before I try some eggs in the muffin pan. If I crack the eggs and whisk them up like you would an omlet, the pour the eggs in the pan and bake for 30 @350 I believe it was. Another way, can you just crack the egg and let the yolk stay whole and bake it in the muffin pan to make it like the mcdonalds egg mcmuffin type egg? I told my wife about this at lunch.

Yes. I prefer to mix all the eggs together before pouring because I take some of the yolks out, so it distributes the 3 remaining yolks with the 6 egg whites, so they all taste the same. Also, mixing them all together lets me add in my hot sauce and pepper more easily.

Make sure you spray the pan with oil, too. Those eggs will stick, if you don't. You can cook the eggs 20 mins if you want them a little softer. I like mine golden brown on the outside.

    Pretty much.

I break all the eggs in a bowl and whisk them but you could do 1 egg whole per mold. Oil the sides well because butter will cause pretty horrendous sticking IME.

I pre cook any vegetables like zucchini or potatoes, bell peppers, onion and add it to the egg bowl. You can also use hash browns on the bottom, and they act like a pie crust. For a more filling breakfast you can take egg cup and toss it between some English muffins. Only prep time is toasting them and 15 seconds in the microwave to warm the egg up.

I'm assuming you can't just go out and drop all the money for new equipment so that you can compete...that sucks. Hopefully the guys who stole it will catch an AR bullet to the head

i have hard enough time paying tuition, all the gym gear took me years to acquire, so yeah i will have to wait a while before i go back to competing and powerlifting. might as well, i need to start running anyways, graduating this fall and attending the local police academy at the end of the year.
