Well, fortunately for me, I'm covered by the Fair Use Exception: The Fair Use Exception was created to allow individuals limited use of copyrighted material for commentary, criticism, satire, education or research" 1

Before you accuse someone of copyright infringement, you should know what it is.

how do you think magazines and basically every website in the world get away with posting pictures without getting sued? Even if it were copyrighted material, you can click the hyperlink, which will take you to the original source, which, by legal standards, is considered giving the owner credit, which makes it perfectly legal.

I take whey protein and creatine before and after I work out. No more than 20 minutes before and within 20 minutes after. Pre and post workout nutrition are important things. There are various bars and powders that are easy to keep in your truck/office/gym what have you.

Does anyone else track their calories and marco-nutrients? I've been using myfitnesspal pal, it's not super convenient but it works mostly. Weighing/measuring my food and recording it really helps me stay in line with my goals.

I focus mainly on macros, but I do value micros, esp my vitamins and potassium.

A close family member had an auto immune issue that screwed with her ability to regulate her K & NA for a while...it just about killed her...my mom.

Some serious shit & slight changes have major impact. It's good to watch.

Yeah, potassium and sodium can make or break you. I like tripled my potassium intake and my bp dropped from like 130/85 to 110/65 in a few weeks
