    It might be that I was in a relationship for so long that I didn't pay attention to if a girl "wanted" me. But since I've gotten in the gym, I've gotten a LOT more attention

    its finally been a year now with absolutely 0 dairy, so just had blood work re-done to check the entire food intolerance panel. Hopefully numbers are low enough so i can actually have dairy every so often...:/

    I don't think it has that much to with appearance. When Amy and I started dating, I was skinny and she had definitely gained her freshman 15 lol. Now, we're both in shape. I have friends who are fatasses and have hot ass girlfriends and I have friends who are in shape and have hot ass girlfriends. As I've said before, the dad bod crap is just an excuse for out of shape women to feel more secure about themselves while, at the same time, turning an entire group of guys into underachieving slackers. Doesn't bother me any though because that's just fewer folks to compete with for 'best looking' at the pool/beach lol (not srs….kinda srs)

    It's not popular mainstream thought but the China Study is solid. I think it's a great documentary and I actually own it from when it came out years ago.

    There are about a million and one misconceptions about nutrition, protein and metabolism, etc as well as supplements that, thankfully, are slowly being corrected.

    The research on intermittent fasting, for example, has blown the whole you have to eat every few hours or your metabolism will tank and muscles will eat themselves thing out of the water. That still works for some people but it's not necessary. Same with protein. There are tons of protein sources and meat had plenary of health issues. Doesn't mean everyone will quit eating it, but the study is very very large ha beings China and all. And very valid. I believe in it.

    Lol they started out butterfly, then kipping, then strict, hard to keep doing kipping pullups after ur hands tear. Would probably take me a verry long time to do 150 strict pullups. I feel like once u burn out your doing like 2 a minute.

    Last time i did alot of strict pullups i did this, its a super good way to test endurance and recovery. Do an emom. On minute 1 do 1 strict pu rest the remaining then 2 on the second minute and go till u fail, i got to thru the 12th minute last time and failed the 13th. It gets fucking tough because the reps get higher with shorter rests. Call it death by pullups
