I use to never use it, I tried it because my friends are using it and I like it a lot. Whenever you are tired and you know you should work out and it pumps you up. I feel it kick in a lot, helps me/drives me to always pump out a couple more reps.

Wait until you stop using it and you are unable to become motivated. Like I said the shit causes dependency

Are you talking about NO or Jack3d? I know with any pre workout you are supposted to take breaks. SO take it for 4 weeks, then take off for 2 weeks, and the pattern continues. And remember everyones body is different. Not everyone will become Dependant.

Your health comes before everything else man, unless you have kids and a wife to support your health should always come first.

You shouldn't do anything that will aggrevate your injuries, NO MATTER how minor they may seem. May I ask why you can't get out of those exercises? If it's like you say and you just don't want to look like a pu$$y by not doing the work outs, man to hell with that, you wanna have a bad back or bad shoulder the rest of your life only cuz you didn't want to look like a little bitch? Screw that. I'd rather look like a pu$$y and save my self the problems on the long run.

A few guys in my bootcamp platoon didn't say shit about minor injuries only to aggrevate them more by doing so and ended up setting their grad time off by MONTHS, when they could have just taken two weeks to recover.

Man I hope all works out for ya though. :)

You need to graduate and stay healthy. Think of it this way if you screw your back up too then you're gonna be even more screwed when it comes to working out.

I've used no-explode in the past and it didn't cause any dependency issues, nor did it make me not motivated once i stopped taking it. The reason I quit taking it was the bowel issues and the awful taste so it wasn't worth it. There are other products out there.

Yeah I know, but my comment was directed to him since he said jack3d causes dependency. I do have a comment to you though. I actually just started getting back into a routine at the gym and picked up jack3d for my preworkout supplement and I felt super pumped. I was told by the salesman at GNC that it's good to get 2 seperate ones that way 1 week you use one and then the next week you use the other or something like that for the variance. I have heard multiple people that they get used to it really fast, but switch it up when that occurs. Maybe try a different preworkout supplement first, and then go back once you're used to that.
