I don't use protein in it. Peanut butter. Protein (chicken, tilapia, egg whites, shake) is the other half.
You can, however mix a scoop of protein in the oats "proats"

    Anybody ever use MHP's Xpel?

Would this stuff be counterproductive if you are using supps with creatine mono in it?

I've used Xpel, not a bad product when used as directed. I used it in conjunction with a creatine product and never saw counterproductive results.

So I used one of those electronic hand held body fat measuring devices; It said I was 8.4% body fat with a 22 BMI. I don't think that is accurate.

Haha that measured me obese. Really? 4% obese? Lol.

Try the pinch caliper for a more accurate measurement

This or I think theres some medical clinics that have that bod pod thing where ur submerged in water which is apparently 100% accurate.
If u go to 24hr fitness most trainers will do the caliper testing for u free

Thanks man! I can definitely tell im stronger, and starting to physically see results. I am happy. I have still yet to get any protein. I feel that it will help for sure. But the results i've seen so far are just with a preworkout powder.

I agree.......whey protein is essential.....some info robbed from the internet....;)

You’ll find that there are two main kinds of whey protein sold today - whey protein concentrate and isolate. The isolate is the most pure and concentrated form of protein available. It contains 90% or more protein and very little (if any) fat and lactose. The concentrate form has anywhere between 29% and 80% protein depending upon the product. As the protein level in whey protein concentrate decreases the amounts of fat and/or lactose usually increase.
