Now, cheating on ON whey is a sin I'm not ready to break

Do these: your inner thighs will be crying:

    upload_2015-8-16_11-22-29.jpg

Also, pronate and supinate your legs when doing lifts (that is, do squats with your toes pointed out and in a few sets...same with every other lift. Changing the position of your feet around will engage different parts of the leg muscles)

    this literally made me lol

Is that a Daryl Dixon holding a crossbow bobblehead in the background? Nice

I woke up at 5:15...didnt need to shower since I do it after at the gym. Some how I didn't start my workout until 6:20...

Despite the slow start I skipped the stair master and got right into back. I even threw in a few sets of cable curls at the end. I'll crush some cardio later. Just a bit longer and elk season opens :woot:

    Weekend adventures and regrets?

Went to eat Saturday night and it started off good. Bacon wrapped bistro steak on a bed of roasted potatoes. Then came the drinks...

It ended at 1 am at McDonald's ordering 100 chicken nuggets, an Oreo mcflurry (for me) and 2 vanilla shakes (there were 5 of us in the car). Then yesterday we hit the lake around 5. We had dominos around 10 last night. I had 5 pieces of pizza and some stuffed cheesy bread. I. Feel. Like. Shit.

I actually didn't do too terrible this weekend. The worst thing I ate all weekend was a grilled pork chop (although, I did drink....A LOT)

For some reason I read that as gorilla pork chop. I was like, bro, that's got to be illegal.

I always get the subway melt. Ham, turkey, bacon, then I add pepperoni

    Mmm....Subway.

    I learned something today.

I'm a coffee drinker. I drink it while I'm working out in the morning & I do a 32oz Thermos on my way to work.

I "fix" my coffee with cream, vanilla & cinnamon (no need...I know).

What I learned was...my vanilla is about 80 proof. Yup, ~40% alcohol.

Am I the only person who didn't know most vanilla extract contains alcohol & I that was boozing every morning?

Can't go wrong with subway. I always get the footlong Italian bmt. I ate subway and chipotle a lot on my cut and it went pretty well.

Also I followed you on ig
