I am getting relocated and getting my house ready to go on the market... I have been in the gym like 3 times in the past 2 weeks. I am disappoint. And of course not on my diet either. Can't wait to get on the other end. I'll probably do a mini cut when I get there to get my peace of mind back.

I went completely keto for a day. Can't say I liked it too much. Yesterday Was My refeed. It consisted of McDonald's breakfast, Chinese, 20 egg whites, lots of candy and then burger king. When I woke up I had visible veins in my abs and back.

Finally hitting the gym this afternoon since Friday. With my law school schedule having me in class from 6:15-9:30 Monday, Wednesday, and Friday, it looks like my gym days will be Tues, Thurs, Sat, and Sun...I hate going to the gym on the weekends

I'm sure this has been asked before, but there are too many pages to filter through.

GF is wanting to "tone up". She's pretty much a cardio bunny right now, and she doesn't follow any specific diet/macros/cals. She wants to start lifting and following a diet. I know if she follows my routine it doesn't necessarily correlate to her goals (PHAT). Does anyone have any suggestions for routines? For diet I was just going to defer to IIFYM, but I think the macro breakdown doesn't require as much protein as it does for guys, correct?

You can spot women that lift and the ones that don't from far away. I convinced some to lift but you can't force them...Are you guys going to the same gym?

BTW we should rename this thread in the GA/NC thread or something

We do, but we aren't always on the same workout schedule. I haven't suggested any of this to her (it's all been on her side), so I'm not forcing anything. I could care less if she tones up, because she is already skinny and looks good. She asked for help, though, so I told her I'd lead her in the right direction.

Went alcohol free after my education yesterday morning & today is the first day I've felt normal...which is pretty hyper.

I switched vanilla brands in a cost savings move that ended up having me drink coffee that had a shot of vanilla that's 82 proof. I was putting it in my coffee and mixing into my plain fat free Fage yogurt. I have been using around a bottle & a half a week or averaging 3oz a day. Not much but enough to feel it, I think

I'm hoping it answers my question of why I've been feeling drained in the moring and tired during the day recently. Of course not before I bought new room darkening blinds, bought new memory foam, cooled, pillows and tried some other shit.

The best results I see from girls are when they start lifting. My fiancee was a cardio bunny for years and now she lifts and looks 10 times better. She went from being skinny to being fit. She eats clean, but I think IIFYM would work for a girl. Just lower the protein to like .5 or .6 g per pound of l.b.m. on the calculator. I think girls should lift just like guys do.

AMEN, my girl used to be a cardio buff to, now she lifts hard and competes in physique and figure. All about those squats and deadlifts
And she is the flex dieting macro PRO

Just give her any generic routine maybe a push pull legs. Just do iifym and tell her don't be afraid to lift. She won't look like Phil Heath.

My wife doesn't understand this. All she does is cardio and 'classes'. Like either Zumba, or Insanity and stuff like that. I applaud for her going to the gym and doing that stuff but I've tried to convince her that lifting would be so much better for her. She is by no means fat and I am A.O.K. with how she looks but I see pics of these women (thanks to Zach mostly) and I imagine being able to enhance my wife to that level.

Like last night we had an 'argument' over what a squat was. I showed her getting parallel and she kept feeding me some crap about how I am too far and my knees should never bend that far or 'track over my ankles' whatever that means.

Now I am trying to find a way to get this to happen without her thinking I am calling her fat, because I 100% do not think that...

Just tell her if she wants dat ass she gotta squat plain and simple. No need to call her fat. Also take selfies in the gym because all those precious sets and reps wouldn't count without a selfie.
