I'm starting to care more about her toning up now..

This is kind of what I was hoping for. It's going to be much easier just to teach her proper lifting and get her into the same type of routine that I'm doing.

I love when females say 'I don't want to get big and bulky from weights'...like it's easy to do or something...haha

Girls don't understand that those beastly looking women in shows are on pharmaceuticals. You don't look like that when you lift weights. Just google some workouts by someone like Jamie Eason (she's a bodybuilding.com athlete who is smokin' hot) and she'll attribute looking like her with the workout. If I gaev my fiancee a link to a workout and the workouts were demonstrated by Jay Cutler, she wouldn't want to do them, but if the workout has some smokin' hot fitness model like Jamie Eason doing the workouts, the girls will want to look like them.

Had a crazy leg day yesterday...I dunno if it was from upping the doseage on my shitty BPI Vortex or what, but I was in the zone.

    Back squats: 135x20, 225x10, 315x3, 225x7, 135x15.
Deadlifts: 225x15, 315x10, 365x3, 405x3, 225x8 (no wrist straps...my grip slipped all over the place on everything over 315, so I had to drop the weight...)
    leg extensions: 2 sets of 15, 12 @ 45 lbs per leg
lying leg curls: 2 sets of 12, 10 @ 45 lbs per leg
    calves & abs

There's a 19 year old kid that has started coming into the gym. He's about 5'9 or 5'10 and weighs 119 lbs. I put him through leg day a couple days ago. He text me yesterday and told me he hated me.

If he wasn't hospitalized, put on IV for the night and is not in a wheelchair today then he didn't do leg day properly.

My legs dont realy ever get sore

Currently taking a weight training class early in the AM at school. the teacher is the swim coach so the class is like the entire college swim team...plus me. They are all doing wierd circuts doing shit with terrible form like DLs in a airsquat position and other odd movements. So monday was the first day and i was doing cleans at just under 300 and snatches around 225. Then today was doing front squats at 305...they think im crazzy lol

I dont get sore unless I take a good amount of time off. I can remember the pain of my first leg day though. Back in high school with the wrestling team. I had to go up and down 3 flights of stairs in between classes. You could tell who the wrestlers were as we all hobbled up and down them damn stairs.

Same. If I slack off and only do 1 leg day in a week, my next one the following week will usually leave me sore, but I rarely get sore doing anything anymore, since I've been hitting everything twice a week. Sometimes, I'll do a lift that I haven't done in a while and I'll get some DOMS, but it's pretty rare. But, I too, remember my 1st leg day. I was sore for 4-5 days lol

That was literally the first day he's ever done squats. I kept it super light and focused on form.

I'm currently in the middle of a week off from lifting. Partially due to the strain I put on both my ankles playing football and the tweak in my back that feels like someone punched me between my shoulder blade. I do it once every other month or a little less frequent. It helps when I feel like I hit a plateau in my gains (i.e. when I don't feel sore anymore after a lift). Next week will be amazing but this week sucks sitting around thinking about how I'm not at the gym and looking at IG of The Rock...

My legs were never as sore as they were the day after I played flag football a couple Sunday's ago. I was walking up my steps sideways and having to roll into bed because I couldn't lift my leg up to get on. Looked just like Edgar from MIB that Zach posted. That's why I am going to start focusing on my flexors more when I get back in. Just have to figure out how since I don't have that patented 'don't look me in the eyes' machine

Jumped on that . I have a few scoops left so I decided to order two jugs to get through the upcoming semester.
I went a bit crazy and am trying the Mocha Cappucino and the Salted Caramel.
