Will do! I am hoping the Mocha will be good enough to take care of my coffee needs and the salted caramel will be good for my late night sweet tooth.

I really wanted to try the key lime pie. I am always a one slice and done when it comes to the real thing so I wasn't sure a whole shake would be the best .

Me and some friends played some volleyball yesterday. Very, very competitive volleyball. We played for about 3 hours. Every muscle in my back is killing me today. We used to do it once a week. Haven't been able to find anyone to play with us for a while now. Too many people were getting busted noses

Just had a workout with a guy from work. It was at his apartment gym so he was leading the workout. He then proceeded to do deads on a smith machine... that was really awkward for me..

Creatine mono? 8lbs is a lot. Take a dump and weigh yourself again.

I usually gain about 3-4 lbs in the it's week I start taking it. After that it typically trails off and slows down

Sitting in my truck dreading stepping out of the truck haha. Wyo took a turn for the cold a bit early this year with snow already hitting in the mountains and temps dropping low in the mornings. I gotta get used to this.

I ripped one doing dl's Tues. I had my hedphones in, so I dunno if it was loud or not. I discreetly paused my music to see if anyone was laughing, but no one was lol.

Weighed in at 178 this morning. This is the lightest I've been in a while. My abs were popping this morning, too. I have been experimenting with a new way of dealing with cheat meals and whatnot, but I don't know if that's why I finally broke 180 or not. Instead of focusing on daily calories and macros, I've been focusing on weekly. For instance, if I eat a Big Mac on Friday, I just subtract those macros over the next few days, rather than purging the rest of that day. Like last weekend, Saturday, I drank a lot of alcohol. Sunday, I only consumed protein and very little carbs or fat. This coming Saturday, we're having a wedding shower, so I know I'll be drinking and eating poorly. To make up for it, I'm just going to lower my Sunday calories. Seems to be working.

I had the Charge HR and loved it. I have the Apple watch now and love it even more. The Fitbit Surge is good too, if you run outside (it's got GPS tracking); it also displays phone calls and texts.

    Sold it on eBay

I wanna go somewhere like that someday. Amy loves hot weather, so we usually vacation to the beach. I prefer cold, wooded, mountainous places, but that's hell to her lol. Every now and then, I can convince her to go to North Ga, but I wanna go somewhere like Wyoming or anywhere like that out west.

I started taking 5g a day a few weeks back and didn't notice much weight difference. Maybe 1lb max but I've been eating more. Maybe I'm a "non responder". Maybe because I don't even lift.

Wyoming is not the place for you. Very open most of the time. The mountains have trees but nothing heavily vegetated. You'd probably enjoy Oregon though.
