It does everything the Fitbit does, minus sleep tracking. rumor is that the next update will include it, though. The benefits of the Apple watch blow the Fitbit out of the water though. You can talk on the phone through it, view and reply to texts and emails, it does turn by turn directions, you can scroll through Instagram, get news and weather updates, etc. I rarely use my iPhone for anything anymore, except surfing the internet lol. The Apple Watch is like an iPhone for your wrist lol.

177.8 this morning. Since the wedding is only 4 weeks out, I adjusted to a 500 calorie deficit, rather than my standard 400 calorie deficit to burn off a little extra. I hope I don't lose too much muscle. I don't feel like I've lost too much since I've been cutting. I've lost about .5" off my arms and my chest is the only thing I feel weaker at, but everything else has stayed about the same.

This weeks been kicking my ass work wise. I have to be in DC at 5 am which means I'm waking up at 2:30. Off at 1 which is nice but with traffic I'm not getting home till like 4/4:30. Lifts have gone down because of lack of sleep.

Only thing this trump hotel job has going for it is scale pay which is $36 an hour

Starbucks makes a coffee/protein drink? This sounds like a shit-tastic idea.

What was your starting weight before the cut? I lost size too but the illusion of being leaner will make you appear bigger.

    Starbucks is for basic bitches

209 and around 20% bodyfat in December. I was super-strong, but soft. I cut half-assed until about April and then I buckled down. Getting married Sept 18 and then lean bulking fo life.

It's good to have balance. As long as you're making gains!

Sounds like you need a babysitter, aka trainer. I hate workout partners that I have to motivate.
