x2. My arms and legs are lanky, so even when I get my arms big during a bulk, they still look small. Now that they actually ARE small, since I'm losing fat, they're getting defined and look bigger...it's a crazy process

I workout with two buddies everyday during the week. It's fun competition and we get shit done at the same time. This week I lifted alone because of work and is not as motivating.

One thing I'd change is my arms as well, shit needs to grow

The personal training industry is a joke honestly, all they care about is the money. If you pay to take the test you can pass it, no mandatory instruction, anyone can open a gym but thats not the bad part, its the bullshit they do behind closed doors with big money businesses like coca-cola, pepsi, gatorade etc...which clearly show they really are not out for the people best interest. Some of the best trainers Iv met have no certs because they have no influence. I have a couple general certs (NASM, ISSA) but do i train people with either of their "programs" no because they dont fucking work, they are over complicated and silly, they just help with getting jobs.

Now I CANT STAND (NSCA, ACSM) the bullshit those companies pull is ridiculous. People tend to point fingers and say that the Crossfit cert is a joke? However you take a test thats the same length, read about the same amount of material, BUT are required to attend 16 hours of instruction. That is for your level 1 which is essential an internship cert. Your level 2 requires another 16 hours of seminar. Level 3 requires a 100 question test and about 1000 pages of reading material. and lastly level 4 requires a skill evaluation. ontop of that they offer specialty certs around mobility, gymnastics, weightlifting, endurance etc which are also all 16 hour seminars with a test and reading material.

Now that I have said that, Crossfit seems to be the only big company in the fitness industry calling these other organizations out and fighting back. Im not trying to sell people on Crossfit at all, theses videos are just the only videos that show the shit thats is going on currently. If you find this stuff interesting definitely worth a watch

Had a physical and some stuff done for work today. The good news is that my kidneys are still working and I don't have any excess protein in my piss even after eating 225-250g of protein over the last few months

Exactly, but over training won't kill your kidneys either unless you have some from of pre-disposition.
Try taking L-citrulline @ 4-6g per day, Citrulline, an amino acid, occurs naturally and aids in the body’s urea cycle, the process that clears ammonia – a byproduct of normal metabolism – out of one’s system. Athletes and Gym users have a higher amount of ammonia in their blood due to the cycling ( breakdown and rebuilding of muscle tissue ) thus taking L-citrulline facilitates in removable of higher ammonia levels

I'm familiar with l-citrulline but id have to politely disagree with the bold

"Rhabdomyolysis is a serious syndrome due to a direct or indirect muscle injury. It results from the death of muscle fibers and release of their contents into the bloodstream. This can lead to complications such as renal (kidney) failure. This occurs when the kidneys cannot remove waste and concentrated urine. In rare cases, rhabdomyolysis can even cause death. However, prompt treatment often brings a good outcome. Here's what you need to know about rhabdomyolysis."

i know what it is, i was referring to a general degree not a severe case or someone with a pre-disposition to it. Guess all those people that over train is in sever risk of RHAB. I should email CT fletcher, Kali and all those boys and let them know of the risks

If I hear one more fucking thing about rhabdo, I'm gonna punch someone. One is as likely to get rhabdo as they are winning the lottery or being struck by lightning. As long as you're not running across the country without taking breaks, doing a 24-hour squatting marathon, or curling for like 3 days straight, you're going to be fine. Sure, you can cite stories of someone who got rhabdo from doing too many pull-ups or by simply running a marathon, but it's not really a problem 99.9999% of the population need to concern themselves with.

Im just saying its possible. Like you said its case to case. I'm not saying its necessarily easy to get but its based on recovery. You really can't overtrain if your getting adequate recovery. Hence why I like the saying that "there is no such thing as overtraining, just under eating, under sleeping and under recovering." However some people get it from running a marathon while someone might get it from a single workout. It can happen, but chances are you won't get it.

Well they are all on drugs, so no they probably won't get it...whats a steroid help do again? oh yeah help your muscles recover...see post above

Sarcasm? He is in his 60s don't know what you expect him to look like. I find it funny that people think to be a good trainer you have to look a certain way....

Well imo, you should at least look the part or HAVE looked the part at some point in your life if you're going to push ideas on someone or claim your system is the best.

i do agree with you, and also have a track record of actual successful clients who's results attest to your specific input and guidance. Now i say this lightly, marketing is marketing and just like stats one can almost prove or disprove anything so let the numbers speak for themselves.
