Since I haven't been hitting the weights all that hard, I think I'll hit the gym tomorrow and do a dedicated heavy weights session and give cardio a break.

Also, I weighed in at 167 lbs today. 6'1"

You need to cut out most of your cardio, maybe down to 2 days a week for health purposes and eat your ass off.

I'm 6'1" and weighing in at 187. At your weight, you can get by without a lot of cardio. Yes I understand you want the ripped look, but you can be ripped and weigh 185 lbs lol! ;)

when you have gone to the gym more & your body gets more comfortable to the every day strain of weights....forget the exact set & rep crap. Go until you cant lift/pull/press anymore.

    More motivation.

I weighed 208 before I started cutting & now at 180 I have very few clothes that fit me.

Buying new clothes is not a good idea. Most of my clothing is either slim fit or tailored, and rather expensive. I due have some room for growth, but I prolly can't gain more than 10 lbs of muscle. Any more than that, than I'll start ripping through clothing like the Incredible Hulk. I'm already having issues with my thighs in my slim straight jeans.

Do what you want man, your body. I'd rather sell my expensive clothes, wear cheap clothes, & be aesthetic as fuark than be skinny & wear tailored clothes.

    just my opinion.

You can gain a couple pounds in muscle in your legs and not really have to buy anything new except jeans. Here I am at 185:

I wear medium shirts, 32-34 relaxed fit pants. About the same as when I was 160ish before bootcamp.
