Made it back to the gym today for the first time in a while. Felt good. Going to try and work a consistent 3 day split for a month with plyo/biking/hiking on off days.

Didn't realize how weak I had gotten. Tried to go heavy on bench today for the first time in a couple months. Was only able to get 275 for 2. Started up on 3 and it just died out. :( the feels

Oh that'd go over SO WELL. When I told her we are done first fucking thing she says " I think out of respect we don't date anyone until after I'm out of this house" ... So you leaving tonight bitch?!? :D

In all seriousness I'd like to just boot her ass out, but I am too nice of an ass hole to do that.

The girl friend stayed over last night. She did not enjoy my enthusiasm at 5 am. Blasted music, pulled the blankets off her and danced around the house until I was ready to leave for the gym. I'll hear about this later .

I took some god awful creation of a pre yesterday. It made me jittery beyond belief and spiked my anxiety to the point I had to leave the gym. I was then wired all night.

also, the salted caramel protein is on point. Its not exact but close enough! The little gobs of protein taste like balls of caramel :)

I would fucking murder you lol. I am NOT a morning person. What Amy finds weird is, when I have to wake up for work or anything like that, it takes forever, but when I set my alarm for 5 am to go fishing or hunting, I lay in bed just waiting on my alarm to go off and hop up like a kid on Christmas

Last night after class, I was starving so I stopped by Krystal's and got a sack full of delicious burgers and fries...I did get a water, though...definitely gonna be cutting some carbs today to make up for it lol. I've got mud-butt, too.

Mocha Cappucino is good too. I mixed it with water and I am guessing to much H2O because its pretty watered down. I bet with a good mix of 1/2 milk, 1/2 water and blended with ice it would be pretty dang good. Right now it just taste like a weak poorly made coffee.

Had same thing happen to me from pre workout (Animal rage). Thought I was having a mental breakdown and could not sleep all night. Threw that shit out the next day and now my only pre workout is some carbs. Actually making better strength gains without the pre work out. Ditch the stuff, you don't need it! Take a 5 hour energy or a coffee if you need the kick in the ass. (my opinion).

Just came from a deep tissue massage. I said "I'm pretty knotted up". She says "well, you definitely go to the gym, you're very defined. A lot of people think that definition is knots, you do have a few, but not as many as you think." I feel like a brand new man. First massage I've had. I told her I needed her to come do that every evening when I leave the gym.

    I don't take normal pre-work out anymore,
    Carb+ 6g L-citrulline + 3g AAKG + 2-3g Beta alanine+ 3g HCL creatine is unbelievable!

I've heard good things about Jyms line of supplements ^^. The guy actually knows what he's talking about and what chemicals are right to be putting in these supps. If I were to try another pre-workout I would definitely go with that. Luckily I've been doing better without it for now.

    No thanks,
i also don't want stimulants in it.
Pre jym lasts 20 days at one serving,

With my formulation it lasts 70 days or more at $15 extra over prejym and i can control exactly how much of what i put in.
