Holy shit I didnt even know what. Thats...pretty awesome to hear lol. I always thought running burnt more.

I do get cardio in multiple times a week, as well as the majority of my leg exercises because I try to go mountain biking 2-3 times a week, usually on my "off" gym days. And i do my share of up hill lol. No shuttling here.

I have certainly started to experience the return on my investment of why do I spend so much time at the gym...I crossed the street after parking on the way to the rec, and these 2 girls were behind me, didnt pay much attention. They were talking and all of a sudden just yell out and read what was on the back of my shirt. I turn around and ask if they were making fun of me or is they just like reading what was in front of them? The one responded with "well to be totally honest i was staring at your ass" my face was total shock and surprise haha. As i turned up the steps to head inside she said "and i really like your muscles". This has never happened before in my life, and it makes all the gym sessions worth it (even though I love going any way) and I still look at myself every day and say god you're tiny, cuz i am.

I wear cargo shorts haha :(

thats sweet. I wish i just had a dumbbell set, a squat rack and a mirror in my garage. i would have almost no reason to go to the gym. although then i dont get to look at the other fine attractive gym goers lol

Since I've started law school, I've only been able to hit the gym twice a week. I'm still doing upper/lower, so at least everything is getting hit a little, but definitely not as much as I'd like. I've got to start getting in there on the weekends. Also, I tracked my bb.com order and it's delayed...fucking FedEx :turtleride:

My goal is always 4 days a week with 3 rest days, but since law school has started and my wedding coming up in a week, it's hard to make time. After the wedding, I'm getting 70's big:
