    Mon, Wed, Fri, I don't get to see her at all. After the gym Tues and Thurs we get 3-4 hrs and we usually spend the whole weekend together. This law school shit is fucking everything up lol. We were expecting it though. As long as I'm passing, she's happy and I'm making gainz, everything else is gravy, baby!

    Yeah, 1 scoop (teaspoon) is 5g.

    So Day 1 (Tuesday) I took 4 scoops with a table spoon, which is 3 teaspoons each. So day 1 I took in ~60g. Day 2 (yesterday) I only got 3 scoops in but still tablespoons so I still managed 45g. Today I finally noticed but too late, I had already made my scoop with the tablespoon so I have already had 15g. I was going to do 1 teaspoon scoop tonight to get to 20g which would be the actual 4 scoop load. I'll probably stop loading tomorrow and just start taking 1 scoop with a teaspoon.

    When do you take it? I figured I would add it to my protein powder and take it post workout?

    Lolol - I just thought he was always washing some new cutoffs. I always wash mine after I cut them up, they tighten up after a cycle.

    I don't think it matters when you take it. I've taken it before or after and sometimes I mix it with amino acids. Most of the time I take it before while I'm eating a meal.

    My pre workout has 1g in it so that made me think I should take it before. It's unflavored but still is tough to choke down. My protein is vanilla and pre is fruit punch so I'm thinking I'll mix it so I don't taste it going down.

    You're taking bodytech right? That's what I have and i believe it's fruit punch. It doesn't taste bad. Have you noticed any changes so far taking over 9000grams a day? I'd imagine a small weight gain.

    Well, like I said it tore my stomach up so I think I've net neutral since I'm unloading as much as I'm loading. I'll weigh myself in the morning and see where I'm at after half a week.

    For loading (if you want, not needed IMO) all you need is to take like 10g/day for a week then go to 5g/day. 60g on day 1.... that would have torn my stomach to shreds.

    Agreed. If you are eating enough meats then you should be getting enough creatine (in addition to what your body produces naturally) that you shouldnt need any more than 5-10g per day. It is called a supplement for a reason. Anything above that, I would suspect that your body would start reducing its natural production.

    I think gyms buy special mirrors that make you look bigger than you are. I always feel bigger when I'm here...then I get home and I feel like I'm back to being tiny. I'm gonna buy new mirrors.

    What you see in the gym is what you truly look like. Every other mirrors out there are lying. When I wanna see what someone really looks like I bring them in the gym and look at them under those gym lightings.

    I'm gonna agree with both of these. I'm gonna go ahead and say I'm as big as I look in the gym mirror. My mirrors at home are lying. So I'm gonna go buy some circus mirrors and line my walls with them.
