Hahahaha dude that after death sauce is so good but so gnarly. We used to put like a quarter sized blob on chips and give it to people when they came to our house to watch em lose their shit. Did it to my room mate and he drank a half gallon of milk, got sick from the milk then puked it back up. We felt pretty bad after that. He said the hot sauce "knocked him queer" lol.

Getting a late start on my gym sesh today but feeling pretty good going in to this pull day. I'm going to try that pull up per minute challenge someone mentioned before (min 1 do 1 pull-up, min 2 do 2, ect, ect...)

So for the last week or so I thought I have been kicking butt at the gym b/c ive been working up a ridiculous sweat (even for me, who is a natural sweater).

turns out something was up with their air system so it was just humid in there and no butts were kicked

on the bright side hit 225 on squat 5x for the first time idk how long. Better prepare yourself for my gains. They are coming faster than winter

I pushed up past that just last week, was doing 5x5s and kept adding more weight until I felt like that was it. went 205, 225, 245, 225,225.
Upped to 70s (with a spot up) also just to try it for regular over head shoulder press...didnt do to bad. Hopefully ill be throwing those up here soon by myself.

Elbow tendinitis has been killing my bench lately so i just been doing a lot of strict OHP, went up to 225x4 today, also since my back is starting to feel better i decide to throw on 315 and just do some speed deadlift, they felt so good idecide to do some ARMAP ended up with a volume PR of 28 reps.
