2.5" lift, ARE Shell, Ducks Unlimited Rubber Floor Mats. ROGUE badges,
I used to use bb, discount anabolics, and vitamin shoppe.

I set up a deal with a local supplement store through our gym though and I now get discounts. But a lot of local owned places will price match if you bring in the online price.

Hey Guys, I just wanted to say that this thread has been a great motivation for me to get back into shape. The advice given has helped me really find a routine, and I have been going to the gym consistently 3 days on, 1 day off. I'm seeing good results, but I know I can do more to get further. I'll keep ya'll posted.

So does anyone have any nutrition websites that I can read up on? I've hit my plateau and have stop losing and I'm sure it's my diet. The problem I have is not starving myself but making myself eat because I'm never hungry until 5 in the afternoon and pretty much am forcing myself to eat a breakfast and protein bars/shakes through out the day, with 2 real meals for about 5 meals a day. I guess Underdog never got around to post that stuff about the O neg blood nutrition.

When looking for meal advice, I've actually found that the women's fitness websites a lot more helpful than men's fitness websites when it comes to nutrition.

In men's nutrition websites, they just tell you what to eat and what to avoid, such as, eat more pistachios, blueberries, avoid this and that, but the women's websites actually do a break down breakfast, lunch, dinner, snacks, recipes, calories, fat, protein count and cost. Here is a website I use for a lot of my meal planning:

Hover your cursor over the image of the food and click on the "notes" portion to go into detail. http://muffintop-less.tumblr.com/

I haven't used them, I turned to liquid multi-v's. They are way way better. And for a local shop, Vitamin Shoppe is better then GNC. But price wise, online is better....but local stores will price match.

    Damn son, you look swole....lol!

What's some good supplements to start on? I've used protein powders and creatine before and thats about it! Currently, trying to win $500 at work by dropping weight. I've got about 10 more lbs and that should seal the deal (5 more fat and sweat/fast 5 more). However, I'm already 5 11" 170 15% bf and started at 180. I've dropped 10lbs from running, body weight training and boxing! Once the comp is over I want to stay around 170 but get to 8-10% bf and get my swole on but not with curls and tricep push downs you know!

    Any advice is welcomed obviously!

Legs brotha, dead lifts and squats will shred through your body fat if you aren't already doing that. I'm exactly your size, 2 months ago I was 180 20% now I'm 175 and closer to 14%, legs have done the most for me.
