Yeah, I tried the whole Sunday meal prep day, but I never did it. I do mine on a weekday night now. The best thing that helped me is just eating foods that don't require a lot of prep. The only thing I cook in advance is my turkey/deer burgers because I cook like 8-10 at a time. Everything else, I cook as I go. I used to do 4-5 hr meal prep days, but it got to be too big of a pain in the ass, so I just started eating stuff that was simpler to prepare.

    Don't encourage him

I figure I might as well try since i've never really meal prepped before either. I used to just cook as i went too and found myself never eating actual food lol. I'd end buying a shit ton of greek yogurt, almonds/nuts, and just grilling chicken. I'll give meal-prep a shot and see how it goes.

Lol I'm just jelly cuz i couldn't grow a beard like that to save my life.

Haha I was just kidding. He just gives me shit now b/c I have to keep mine groomed now.

I used to have one that made his look like a prepubescent bitch beard, but I had to shave it :stirthepot:

The only bitch beard I see is that baby ass smooth face you got!

Haha. You know I'm just fuckin with ya, sack. I've been contemplating trimming mine back down to almost bitch beard size. I'm afraid I'll lose my strength though. I'm like Samson. Shave the beard, lose my strength.

I'm growing mine back out to a respectable length. That's what sucks about the professional world...all these old farts still want everyone to be clean-shaven...fuck that! When I shaved mine for the first time after 6 months a few years ago, I definitely lost at least 15 lbs of muscle.

Meh....I think I can do more next week. I did legs on Monday this week and Monday is always my 'no motivation' day. I think I can get 15-16 next week. I'm gonna do the challenge for chest Saturday (if I'm not in a food coma) and see how it goes. I'm expecting at least 13.

I've never gotten the whole "must be clean shaven to be respectable/professional" thing. Fuck that. Yes, mine is beginning to get out of control, but I take care of it and make sure it doesn't look like total shit when I go to work. Luckily, I do what I want at work and they don't care about the beard. I actually have clients that come in and say they're just here to see what the beard looks like this month. Haha. Having a big bushy beard isn't going to change the way you treat your clients or how you do your job, so I don't see the issue with them. Paul Ryan is doing his best to bring the facial hair back into the government. I like it.

Yes! working for a politician, I have to keep a somewhat conservative appearance at work. My boss' dad, the CEO of the company, is super old school and hates facial hair. My boss is in his 30's, so he's much more relaxed about it, but I still have to shave if I go to the Capitol with him or if we go to a high-brow political function. Hopefully Paul Ryan's trend will catch on and all the politicians will bring back the manly facial hair. I think it's stupid, too though. Jesus had a beard!

    Bunch of damn yuppies

Nice! Now, you've got to get to the 1100# club! Those aren't bad numbers for weighing 165 lbs! I'm at 1105 right now and wanna get to 1500 someday

I got told by HR my appearance of having long hair caused her to choose someone less qualified as a mentor to a new associate at my job. I then told her I was growing it to donate to a child with cancer.

Ultimate burn. I dunno why folks worry so much about appearance. As long as you do your job and don't look homeless or smell bad, who cares?!
