My split is based on Wendler's:
So day 1 (upper), the main lift is over head press
    day 2 (lower), deadlifts.
    day 3 (upper), bench.
    day 4 (lower), squats.
After my main lifts are complete, I just do accessory work.
So after OHP's, I'll do some dumb bell presses and other shoulder workouts, maybe some chest if i feel like it. Then end with about 10 mins of random tricep/bicep workouts.
After deads, I'll either do some sumo deads or some front squats depending on my energy levels. Then I'll focus a lot on back for the accessory work. For the last 15-20 mins, I'll do some leg extensions, leg curls and light ab work.
After bench, basically dumb bell chest exercises, some incline/decline work and end with some tricep/bicep work.
After squats, I'll either do some light dead lift work or more front squats. Then just kill legs with hack squats, leg presses, etc.

:spy: been a long time but I'm back in the gym. I'm stoked to see how quickly I can get back to where I was when I stopped working out a couple of years ago

Haha yeah I knew that was coming. I certainly don't want to be limited in with that group but a spade is a spade.

Lol! What made you stop and what's making you return?

I was in an on-again off-again relationship with the gym last year so I look like a "resolutioner" right now too lol

As long as you know your gym etiquette you will be fine. The people everyone pegs as resolutioners are the new fat people and anyone that looks lost or overwhelmed and no matter what seem to be in the way.

This ^^^ as long as you follow the very simple, basic rules of not being a total retard in the gym, you're fine. The only people I hate in the gym are the ones that make my time less fun. This is the shit that bugs me:

    - use the machines as they're intended. Don't just guess because you'll look like an idiot and/or break something. Ask. If you have to stop and guess what to do, don't...just ask lol
    - don't slam shit around. People don't want to hear you clinking your 20 lb dumbbells together on your weak-ass chest flys. It's bad for the weights.
    - Don't sit on a machine between sets and text. Get your fat ass out of the way so someone else can use it
    - Don't do a 14 machine circuit during peak hours. If you wanna do your bullshit crossfit circuit, do it when the gym is empty so you're not tying up all the machines
    - unnecessary grunting/yelling. If you're grunting like Eddie Hall on a 135 bench press, shut up. No grunting allowed unless shitting out an intestine is an actual worry
    - working in a set on a machine someone else is on without asking. I was doing decline bench the other day and some old lady decided to hop in and do crunches...I wanted to drop kick her
    - and most-importantly, re-rack your shit! Nothing makes me madder than having to clean up after folks. Every time I go to the gym (seriously, every time), I spend my time between my first 5-6 sets re-racking weights. If the culprit is in there, I make awkward eye contact with them the whole time or I say something to them. My wife took my spot at the gym and is working there until she gets out of nursing school, so it especially pisses me off when some fuck-ass leaves 900 lbs on a leg press or something.

I'm cranky...I'm gonna go eat now
