@tacopaulo.....I do not bench press pussy for such low reps. I prefer volume.

Hell everything I've done for the last 3 months has been low reps. Usually 4 at the most.

Last night my brother-in-law accused me of taking roids lol. He and my father-in-law were hanging out when I got back from the gym and started cooking and he was like, "man, I saw an old picture of you the other day and you don't look anything like that! You're on something!" I was like, "dude, that was 7 years ago before I had ever touched a weight and weighed 140 lbs! Now, I'm 206."

I told him it was the best compliment I'd received all day. Non lifters just don't get it. Even when I go on cuts and start losing weight, people scream roids and I'm just like:

This guy at work the other day was asking me why I had to bulk and cut and all that and was like, "dude, why don't you just eat a lot of protein and low carbs and fat and you'll gain muscle and lose fat" and I was like "wut???" Keep being fat, ding dong.

I swear, the more I interact with people, the more I hate people.

Bitch session over. Gonna do legs this morning. My birthday is Monday, but I have work and begin semester 2 of law school then, so I can't really do birthday things Monday, so they're going to be tonight. I'm expecting lots of alcohol in my future this afternoon. I'm going to try to be good and not get too crazy, but being my last weekend before school AAAAND my birthday, I'm not really holding myself to a high standard. I'm definitely gonna keep it low cal and stick with whiskey and water, though...inb4 @KodiakToyTRD lecture on alcohol ruining gains :stirthepot:

I was out at the bar last night and this girl was was trying to get my attention. She kind of grazed my arm with her hand to get me to pay attention. When she felt it I heard "ooh..." And as I turned around she just grabbed my arm and started feeling it and goes "oooooohhhhh...." made my night.

Then her and a few of her friends started talking about boobs. One of them looked at me and goes "let's see yours, I think you've got me beat in the boob department!"

    Those gainz, man.

So I tried that preworkout yesterday. Idk if it's just a mental thing or if it's the caffeine but I felt good. I had a lot of energy and was very pleased. I'm hoping it went wear off but I figure I'll build a torrance yup it eventually and jump up in the scoop count to get the sane results but that's for another time.....

 that's what I told her. I was like "damn, you just made my night. Makes it worth going 5-6 days a week."

She said "yea, it's definitely paying off..."

Oh, then she asked if she could touch the beard.
